Hey everyone, I introduced a points system to spark some activity here. Hopefully the prizes are enticing enough for you to get posting and get creative! :3

:O I've hit the million mark in Sonic Colors. I was #32 on leaderboards for one act in Sweet Mountain. That was ages ago though so I may have been defeated! v_v

Topic time! Let's talk about our SA2B/SADX chao! I have a transparent chao named Dewdrop and an invisible chao that has yet to be named. Any good names for invisible chao?

Very nice chao! I have named 2 of my invisible chao Buster and Sparx (if I remember correctly, lol).

Hmm....perhaps Aura? Equinox? Sible? I lost that game, mostly used it to raise my chaos and I loved them since I just grew attached to them, especially the Dark Chaos.

Oh noes! I think it's rare to come by another copy of those games. I'm hoping for SA2B to appear digitally on Xbox Live or PSN soon. Sonic CD is coming out this fall, though. ^_^

Personally I hate the new Sonic. Bringing the old Sonic into the new one rapes the classic series. It's one thing to ruin the series but dragging the old Sonic into it is too far! That's why I rely on hackers to continue the series much better than the official people can. What do you people think of hacks? One of the best is Sonic 2: Heroes. It's a hack of Sonic 2 that also brings Knuckles to follow Sonic and Tails. It's 3 player compatible AND allows you to switch between characters any time. So if you want, you can even be Tails with with Sonic following you. Or remove Tails and have Sonic and. Knuckles as a team. The best is having all three at once!

Yoshi-san: Welcome ^_^. Interesting how you like the classic characters most but also like the Dreamcast era games. :) The GUN truck sequence is freaking crazy. Driving on buildings to catch a hedgehog, lol...

U_Flame: I didn't like the direction Sonic Team was taking Sonic in SatBK, Unleashed, etc. I think Sonic's closer to his roots than ever in Colors and Generations, though. Sonic 4 is sort of embarrassing as I've seen fan games deliver better. I haven't heard of that particular fan game but I've played the demo of Sonic Fan Remix. XD

Chao are fictional creatures in the Sonic series. They were mainly introduced in Sonic Adventure as digital pets. Chao are very social and develop depending on the player's actions. The player can collect animals from replaying stages, give these animals to Chao, and watch their Chao evolve into many branching paths. Specifically, a Chao can be raised to specialize in Swim, Fly, Run, Power, and Stamina. For example, giving the Chao an otter or a seal would increase the Chao's speed stat. In addition, the player can give the Chao fruit, toys, masks, etc. The player can also make the Chao become angelic (Hero) or demonic (Dark) by giving it certain fruit or as in SA2, simply petting it with a hero or dark character. We may not be able to go in as depth because of the lack of sprites for the mature evolutions, but congrats on adopting your first Chao! :)

Has anyone played Sonic The Hedgehog PS3? That game was hilariously bad xD Every 2 minuets is a cut scene that takes 5 times longer to load than the cutscene itself. xD Game play itself was pretty fun though. ^^

I've been playing Green Hill Zone, City Escape and surprisingly Rooftop Run over and over as of late.
I just love Rooftop Run level as Modern Sonic, even though I've never played Unleashed. However, I still play it as Classic Sonic though.

Rumor time, Sonic Generation DLC, possible? Apparently, Casino Night Zone is possibly making a return soon.

I'm not really into the Sonic games much, but it was a part of my childhood. I usually get Mario and Sonic at the Olympic (Winter) Games, and maybe a few others. Knuckles is my favorite character because I love how he guards the Master emerald.

Also, I heard a lot of the Sonic fanbase is full of furries. :D
