Seems like we have a three-way tie at this point :) Now, a bit of patience on my site will do a lot of good! Keep the votes coming! (Yes, I'd like people to actually pay attention to the thread.)

If the PotW is already in the CPL, everything nominated will get into it anyway. That's also supposed to happen even if the PotW was a clear winner :P

(That's right, when you sign up for two partner Pokémon, the PotW nomination is entirely separate.)

Do you people think that some pokemon are just considered 'cute' by most people because of their looks being mainstream 'cute', or is it a matter of opinions?

Cuteness is a bit of a subjective thing, but there is a subset of things that are considered cute by the majority of people. :) In the end, the more intricate details might be down to opinions, but it should be easy to find something that can be described as "generically cute".

Speaking of subjective cuteness, there are some cases where freaky = cute...

Oooooooooh, welcome to the club, Snivy063! I wonder how active you were in the old club?

Speaking of the old club, we might want to get these old members know that the new club is now up and running. :) That'll help us get our deserved activity, and just maybe we can brighten the entire club :D

(I'll probably go fix the opening post come tomorrow or the day after. Caaaaaaause I'm a bit too tired to do it right now, but I will!)

That said, the Sandshrew is actually a "placeholder", so to speak, but it works incredibly well as the POTW :D

Happy Piplup C-Gear skin now available internationally

Nagashima Spa Land to distribute Piplup

The first one mentions the Piplup C-Gear skin now being available to non-Japanese Black and White Versions.

The second one is a Japan-only event where you can pick up a special Piplup for Japanese Black and White Versions. This Piplup knows the moves Hydro Pump, FeatherDance, Water Sport and Peck. What makes it unique is that Hydro Pump isn't learned naturally until Level 43 while FeatherDance is an egg move.
