Not to be a weeb or something, but most of the music I have are either J-Pop, Anime soundtracks or Touhou soundtracks. I do listen to other music whenever they're played, so I'm not lagging in music updates... maybe a tad bit since I don't follow news.

I'd normally play them at my iTunes on my laptop, using headphones of course. I sometimes write down lyrics to songs I like on a well-organized file book. Singing in the bathroom or while strolling is a common habit to me as well.

Or just hang out on the Supporter plug.dj and listen to whatever the DJs are playing. Also, come and visit our plug.dj. I'm pretty lax about music genres and artists actually, as long as they don't sound false.

I put the radio on but I don't really listen to it, know what I mean?

Almost every day, really, especially throughout morning-time.

It takes a while to get to places in the morning (class, work, and so forth), and it could be boring to waiting outside for buses or trains to come; putting on my ear-buds and listening to songs while doing so makes this much, much more good.

As for genres, I enjoy more or less everything, but take metal, in particular, to be slightly more... special (intensity and passion that could be found in these music are incomparable).

My visual kei is like... everything to me. I'd feel absolutely naked without it. There is never a time when my music isn't playing either. I just can't live without my visual kei like at all. I'll also just name one of my favorite songs, which I listen to before bed every single night. It's called Time after Time by SuG.

With genres, I've been finding myself listening to stuff like deathcore, but that's just the band nocturnal bloodlust. I also like other metal stuff like Alsdead and deathgaze as well. I've been finding myself becoming more keen to the screaming and growling for some reason. Though, I do still like lighter stuff such as Gotcharocka, Dog in the PWO, an Cafe and SuG (even though they tend to sound heavy, but they aren't really metal). That's really the beauty of visual kei. <3

Also, I rock out whenever the hell I FEEL like rocking out, and that's pretty much every single day. :P

I'm someone who's always exposing herself to music, otherwise you wouldn't see me posting so much in C&M's What Are You Listening To thread. It's pretty much something that can always help me when I'm feeling down.

As for genres, I listen to most genres but I'm definitely not a fan of classical, metal or country, and as of late even pop has somewhat been distasteful in my eyes. I'm really into a lot of the underground, indie scene, particularly if it's something very quirky because that's what I am, a person who likes to be a bit different to the usual breed.

There were times that I decided I'd had enough of headphones and would start piping my music through my speakers, but those things have fried since then and the cat decided to chew through the cord anyway so no more speakers for me. Although still no problem there, I've acquired a set of wireless headphones since then so I can still use headphones and yet still be able to wander around the place while doing so. c:

Which is good, because if I'm awake then I am most likely listening to music. Or at least wearing those headphones because it's kind of a habit by now. I don't even need the speakers for sharing music with people, because if I share music with friends then it'll be over the internet. It always involves me sending them a youtube link of a song I happen to like at the moment.

As for what I listen to...I'll set Spotify to random things at times, but for the most part I stick to genres like metal and hard rock. Sometimes I'll be in an alternative or trance mood. It really does depend on whether I want faster music or more soothing stuff.

...And there are some songs out there that will get me up and grooving, yes. This is also why I'm thankful for those headphones.

I put the radio on but I don't really listen to it, know what I mean?

That's like leaving the television on so the room doesn't seem so empty and quiet. I know what you mean.

For the most part, I keep music to myself using earphones, but in the car is a whole different story. I use the bluetooth feature in my car and phone to connect the latter so that instead of the music coming from the phone's speakers, they can go through the car's instead which has been wonderful.

I let the music play out loud unless it's too loud for me to hear or if someone complains. Then I'll put on my headphones, but generally I'd rather not wear them. I sing in the shower sometimes, I've been trying to perfect a couple of songs for the off chance that a future gf would like to hear me sing something. When I'm home alone I have the speakers hooked up, and my music is on full blast, ain't nothin' gonna hold me back. I don't really have any favorite bands, it's kinda just whatever I feel like. I've been listening to a lot more classical/instrumentals lately though because I'm simply tired of hearing voices in my music.

I'm a music loner. I tend to listen to music on my own either in my headphones or in my car when I'm driving. xD I love the bass drumming in my ears in some songs. I tend to not share my music with friends unless we have a mutual interest in an artist or artists.

I'm a country music fan. I love me some Luke Bryan, Carrie Underwood, Eric Church, and many more. I also like rock music too...classic rock. And a little pop/hip hop here and there. :D
