Anyhow small update:
-Battled all the trainers up to the rest stop.
-Grinded a little bit too
-OH OH OH! Pichu finally evolved! :D At least now a single quick attack won't take away a third of his health.

I like that idea ... But it should be 16, thats easier to bracket, and the fairest

The tournament would just be a thing that happens after the main concept of the challenge is over, otherwise people would just make Trainer teams on their old games and ask to join the tournament. Besides, I don't think it'll be one of those competitive battling things, just us testing our awesome teams who don't technically belong to us. =D

I've already started, just got Piplup, Hitmonlee and Starly, catched a Bidoof and traded for Skarmory.

Chapter 3 : Towards Eterna City!

- Caught a Bidoof, named it Slave. Also taught it Rock Smash.
- Battled the two "mystery men" at Jubilife City.
- Misdreavus learned Confuse Ray.
- Got the fashion case (yay.)
- Reached Floarama Town.
- Got the Sprayduck can. (yay.)
- Caught a lv 10 Shellos outside the Valley Windworks! It has a Mild nature.
- Beat Team Galactic in the Floarama Meadow. Shellos really came through. Also got the Works Key.
- Shellos learned Mud Bomb!
- Reached the inside of Valley Windworks.
- The battle against Commander Mars is under way!
- Shellos succeeded in taking out her Zubat, but died to Purugly's Fake Out.
- I sent out Misdreavus. Purugly used Faint Attack, it took a big chunk of Misdreavus' HP. I used Confuse Ray, but Purugly still got in a Faint Attack. I then sent out Monferno that took out Purugly in two Mach Punches.
- Commander Mars was defeated!

Traded over all of the appropriate Pokemon from Platinum, leveled them to appropriate levels, Evolved Murkrow with the Dusk Stone that I traded over, and headed out to take on Roark.

Took down Roark with Shellos and Turtwig. Makuhita tried, but he was just too weak at the time. Craniaods was a problem, since Turtwig decided to become disobedient in the middle of the fight. Turtwig finally came around and took it down when it reached 6HP.

Got to Floroama Town with Geodude as a HM Mule for Rock Smash. Took on Team Galactic … and … almost lost to Mars!!! Surprising I know, but my Pokemon wont listen to me, which is a bit of a problem. Magby saved me in the end thanks to Cross Chop. Arrived at Eterna Forest, and as of this moment, Aron is the only Pokemon listening to me … This is going to get problematic fast : /

Cornet-Got to Hearthome City-Saved a Buneary-Got the Dress-Bebe won't give me an Eevee yet-Defeated Barry-Got a Pokemon Egg-Arrived im Soloceon Town (Only stopped there to heal)-Said "Hi" to the Roadblock Psyducks-Arrived in Veilstone City

Update time:
-Battled some more trainers
-Got to Eterna forest & used the girls chansey to grind easier.
-Made it through Eterna forest & helped the girl escape.
-Got to Eterna City and healed up.
-Battled the gym trainers.
-Faced Gardenia and won, which was not easy! I was getting so angry since I had no pokemon who were any good against her pokemon.

I had the same problem, Charmeleon wouldn't listen to me when battling Gardenia, so it ended up getting beat -.-

@Sammyskitty - Bebe doesn't give you the Eevee in Diamond and Pearl until after the Elite Four. So if you want Zoey's Leafeon, you're gonna have to trade an Eevee over from another game. I think you got mixed up with Platinum, where you can get the Eevee when you first arrive in Hearthome.

I had the same problem, Charmeleon wouldn't listen to me when battling Gardenia, so it ended up getting beat -.-

At least your Pokemon are in 20's. Mine that have a shot are like lv 14~!
