    OK. Answers:
    1. No. Pokemon that aren't confirmed to be owned by a trainer cannot be used.
    2. See #1.
    3. ANY Pokemon owned by said trained can be used. It doesn't have to be on-hand or used in battle.
    4. I'll get back to you. STILL haven't decided. PC is a bad influence.
    5. YES. As I said, any Pokemon traded WITHIN the main characters WILL STAY WITH THEIR Original Trainers. So, technically, Ambipom is Ash's and Buizel is Dawn's.
    6. Catch the evo. Catch the evo.
    7. Well, any Pokemon that was traded out of the anime STAYS out of the anime. You can't use it. It's gone. Bye bye. But also see #5.
    8. Well...yes. But I'd reccomend no if you don't know anything about it.
    9. Um...If it isn't officially owned, then no. But if it's owned, then yes.

    • One thing that I changed:

    I'm now doing this challenge on Heart Gold instead of Platinum.

    I'm still playing as Paul with the same Pokemon, so no change there.

    And BitLord, yes, you may use Zoey's Chimchar, but only 'cuz you already have it.

    Wow...Nando does have a lot of girly pokemon. A lot.

    Aggron and Drapion havent used any moves, and Magmortar's Moveset sucks BTW.

    Kriketune's are mustachioed, thus, they are very manly ^_^

    If I cant get an Aron in a trade, should I go with Gliscor instead just to speed things up? And by speed things up, I mean actually start the Challenge

    In Yellow Version, named myself Ash and rival Gary. Did the starting stuff (lost to Gary). Delivered Parcel, caught a Snorlax and Muk. That's all the time I had today because I have class now.

    -Beat Mars and cronies and left Floaroma for good.
    - Got into Eterna Forest... and hooked up with Cheryl. Heh heh.
    - Cheryl power-walked behind me as I went through Eterna.
    - Eventually she had to leave ( :c ) and I continued into Eterna.
    - First stop: Underground dude's house! This will allow me to abuse the Mining Museum Murkrow code to get Duskull and Lickitung, as well as my Perfect HM Slave.
    - But that shall come later. For now, I wipe the floor with Gardenia.
    - Beat Gardenia's Shy Gym Trainer #1.
    - Beat Gardenia's Shy Gym Trainer #2.
    - Beat Gardenia's Shy Gym Trainer #3.
    - Beat Gardenia's Shy Gym Trainer #4.
    - Gardenia fight is go!
    - Pwned Cherubi and Turtwig using Aerial Ace. I love saying that. Aerial Ace, Aerial Ace, Aerial Ace...
    - Whooped Gardenia with little resistance from Roserade.
    - Ranted angrily at a melodramatic author... oh wait, that's not in Pearl, never mind.
    - Healed and set off for Oreburgh to claim the last members of my par-tay.
    - Slowking learned Confusion. Yay!
    - Got to Oreburgh, FINALLY. Claimed Lickitung, Duskull, and the almighty Perfect HM Slave: Mew.
    - Yes, that's right, Mew. Hacked. It learns naturally every TM, and so by eliminating the ones I don't need and assigning a few others to my Pokémon team, I end up with four moves that are either too weak or incompatible with my team. Those suckers go on Mew, just like any other HM Slave.
    - Game's on red, so I'll stop and charge it now.

    So ... Why do you have a Mew, Conway doesnt have one ... :/

    I get your using it as a HM slave, but then why are you teaching it TMs?

    Blaziken, Munchlax, Glaceon, Wartortle, Venusaur and Beautifly.

    I'll do this challenge on either Platinum or Soul Silver, whichever. I probably won't start today, for I have plenty of things to do, but I'll give it a shot when I have the time.

    Note :
    Noticed that I need to cheat to get Misdreavus, so I did just that in this update.


    -Reached Jubilife City
    -Met Looker, delivered the Parcel and got the Pokétch, just the usual stuff.
    - Battled trainers to the north of Jubilife.
    - Got Old Rod
    - Battled rival Barry to the east of Jubilife. Won easily.
    - Chimchar evolved into Monferno! Learned Mach Punch.
    - Reached Oreburgh Gate.
    - Reached Oreburgh City.
    - The battle against Gym Leader Roark is under way!
    - Misdreavus took out his first Pokémon, Geodude, relatively easy with a couple of Psywaves.
    - Then he sent out Cranidos. The battle started relatively well for Misdreavus, getting in a good Psywave on it, but unfortunately Cranidos was just too strong and took Misdreavus down in just a couple of Pursuits.
    - I then sent out Monferno that took down Cranidos in just a single Mach Punch. It then took out Roarks final Pokémon, Onix, in a single Mach Punch. (Though it was critical)
    - I got...the Coal Badge!

    • Update #1 - Well, sort of...
    So far I haven't actually started my HeartGold version - I've been playing soley Diamond where I have every Pokemon, where I'm breeding for Lv1 Turtwig, Skorupi, Elekid, Aron and Teddiursa, to be traded to HeartGold. This is how my team will be caught:

    Turtwig - Will be traded over ASAP.
    Elekid - Will be traded over ASAP.
    Teddiursa - Will be traded over after Proton.
    Aron - Will be traded over after Whitney.
    Magmar - Will be captured at Burned Tower, when I get there.
    Skorupi - Will be traded over after Morty.

    And I know Aggron and Drapion haven't shown their moves yet, but with the Ash v Paul match coming up, we'll see them soon. I won't be getting Skorupi or Aron for a little while, so I still have time. And Magmortar does have a decent moveset, so I will take a couple of his moves.
