Uxie.

One look into Uxie's eyes, and your entire past is wiped! If I ever saw one in real life (which is almost guaranteed to happen by the way), I would probably never open my eyes again, and then I would become the Pewter city Gym Leader.

Jigglypuff scares me silly. I mean, imagine that you wake up in the middle of the night and suddenly a pair of huge, glassy, staring eyes open up at the foot of your bed, and then you hear that creepy little song: "Jig-gul-ee-puuuf..."
I would be scared crapless. But, that's just me.

Darkrai.
Firstly, I watched the movie, it's so scary being sent into a dream and have it stalking you. Like Ash.
Secondly, that kid in Canalave haunted me in some way.
Thirdly, the method of catching it in Canalave... The Member Card event? The guy who sent you to bed is SUPER scary. Maybe he is a human counterpart of Darkrai... Eek~
