Next year we'll have to be more careful when picking the ingredients for the time salad, it seems.

Although, as far as I remember, it was all a "Hey guys I have created the Lerroux account, someone create the fake lounge!" We had been discussing it for a while already. Like... since February or so.

Right? We were talking about the name we could give to the fake admin, and someone (Logiedan?) said we could call him Le Rouge, since that was french for "The Red" and that fit the SA colour, and people kept typoing "rogue" and writing rouge instead XD

So, when I read that, the name of one of our worst PM's ever appeared on my mind right away :P
 
While I didn't have a problems with the prank myself (I loved it xD) I suggest doing something a little less 'serious' next year, in a way. There are too many people who got unnecessarily worked up about this. Even if this seemed so real, people should never have taken this seriously because it was April Fool's. :x

Some of us were hoping to have Lerroux around for a few more days to seem like this isn't a simple April Fools joke because he is still there after, but when we saw people taking it seriously and leaving we decided it better to end it promptly on April Fools day. I suggested we just tell the forum members that the style was the April Fools joke today, so that it would make Lerroux a bit more convincing.

Not all Moderators have been re-added which is why we have a topic for them in our real lounge that asks mods that were "demoted" if they still don't have their status to post there. And some of them actually took demoted leave of absence around this time so they won't be back for a period of time.
 
ES (Well, ES was there prior to it) and Ozzy took it the extra mile by registering at Ever Grande, which is what sold this April Fools for me. Lightning registered there too.
I didn't believe it for a single second until I saw that.

I knew all of you would make some kind of sick April Fools joke. That's the reason why I took that day off from these forums in the first place.

I will say the best part of the prank was Morkula coming in there dual-wielding ban hammers like a pro, all like "Anyone who doesn't get voted on by the h-staff as a whole is going to get personally demoted by me."

I read that thinking "Hell yeah!"
