Does a palette code search, by looking at them in VBA then do a byte reversal then search for the bytes (changing this palette will edit the other red palettes).

No, that's not what I meant, I probably wasn't specific enough.The numbers(tile behaviours) are shown when a tile is clicked onto in the Block Editor or just make them moveable or not under movement permissions.
