You can use pokemon amplifier OR edit pokeroms.ini so it has the offsets left. I found them time ago and posted somewhere (I think it was on the toolbox, in some thread about modified inis)
Just add those offsets under the the fire red entry.
I like baseedit because it sums the stats so you can compare pokemon. For example, in my hack the starters have the same sum, although their stats are different
