    Do you like making art? Do you like getting art? What if I told you this was an event where you can do both of those things?

    The Art Swap is exactly what it sounds like in the title. Participants will create artwork for each other to earn points and eventually everyone will leave here with both some cool art and also points for their GT team.

    How this Works

    It's pretty simple actually. When you post to join, drop a small list of things you would like to receive art of. Then, throughout the Get-Together, you create art for other participants according to their lists. Whenever you complete a bit of art, you send it to both myself and Kitty, letting us know who it's for. Then, at the end of the Get-Together, everyone who has submitted at least one bit of art will receive any art made for them.

    For those of you who made art for people who didn't submit any, we'll leave it up to you if you still want to pass it on.

    Note: Please try to keep your requests fairly simple! People are going to be trying to do a fair amount of art here. It's okay to say "I would like art of Cradily and Appletun." It is not okay to say "I would like a collage of every grass, rock and dragon type in the game." By the same token, if you're caught using AI to generate your art, you will be immediately disqualified. We don't like art theft here.

    Points

    As you submit art, you will earn points for yourself depending on the level of completion of the piece you submit.

    Sketch or lineart - 5 pts
    Colours and/or shading - 10 pts
    Full render - 15 pts

    At the end of the GT, all participants who submitted at least one piece of art will earn participation points for their team. The three players who earned the highest score will also earn additional points on top of that.

    1st: 150 pts
    2nd: 100 pts
    3rd: 50 pts
    Participation: 10 pts

    Achievements

    By hitting this special objectives, you can earn bonus points for your team.

    Complete the most art for other people: 10 pts
    Be the first to complete a fully-rendered piece: 10 pts
    Submit only fully-rendered pieces (at least 3): 15 pts
    Receive the most art: 5 pts

    FAQ

    - You can submit your work to us via PM OR Discord
    - You can draw someone's prompt an infinite number of times (e.g. drawing 1000 Cherrims)
    - If you draw something in Paint and color over it, that would count for color + shading

    I'd also accept a drawing of a lizard in a hat.
    Or a cute Ghost Pokémon.
    Or any dinosaur Pokémon.
    Or just a fun outfit, something to inspire me.

    My only request is Cherrim, sunny or overcast. If you don't think you can draw I ESPECIALLY want a Cherrim from you. All Cherrim are valid.

    - a Purrloin wearing Safety Goggles
    - a Clamperl holding pearl earrings
    - a Meowth wearing a Silk Scarf that has been turned into a crossbody bag (so just a plain white bag)
    - a Petilil wearing a sparkly blue dress - navy-blue organza (sheer fabric) with Bright Powder adhered to it in clusters with fabric glue so it looks like the night sky
    - a Tangela holding a small potted plant with pink leaves
    - a Pidgeotto carrying a small Pumpkaboo
    - a Cubone riding a Skiddo
    - a Skiddo hitched to a little wooden wagon
