Ashs Dream Team?

I am thoroughly disappointed in the anime's treatment of Corphish. The little guy deserved better...oh, and I'd get rid'a that Buizel and get my monkey back.
 
charizard- without a doubt his strongest pokemon and is still training....has every, speed, power and so on

pikachu- very high level and even if it isnt final evo, it has powerful attacks and experiance

sceptile- i personally prefer pokemon have good speed and power instead of pure power and low speed like grotile....so sceptile over it but he needs to teach it new powerful moves

pidgeot- his strongest flying type and if trained correctly it would be brilliant

buizel- chose this over squirtel because of his personality, is a pure fighting type like charizard and will be able to give extra 10 percent int ough fights. again witht he right moves he can be wicked jut liek squirtel

6th- i was going to go for gliscor as again it has potential to be really good but dont need another flying type as i already chose 2 in the team. i will go for primeape

reason being ash hs strong pokemon who can launch very very strong special attacks but for me apart from charizard who has everything and even a strong fighting type move but this team lacks a physical pokemon fighter. gives a new option if you can teach it powerful fighting moves that also can learn moves like ice punch for different types and so on
 
Why are people choosing Gliscor when it hasn't even won a battle, even as of the last Japanese episode to air? o.O
 
Hmm....a very interesting topic indeed...I would say

Pikachu---> you know he wouldn't go anywhere without it
Sceptile---> One of his best pokemon he ever has
Buizel---> A very awesome powerhouse
Swellow---> That golden coat, what could be better...lol
Chimchar---> So much potential is held within this pokemon
Gliscor---> a great pokemon period...
 
I'm kind of old school I guess. I'd go with:

Donphan
Kingler
Pidgeot
Charizard
Primeape
Pikachu

Pikachu gets special mention, but wanted to get the fact that I hated that trade in, so Pikachu was shoved off because of that. :|

Eh, Charizard will always be in his team! lol Definitely Pikachu, others were just the ones that stood out, either way, I think he could use any team that had Pikachu and Charizard. Heracross was a very good poke he used, I think he had one... Buizel seems to me to be one of his faves... Kingler did great in a lot of episodes fighting with Ash...
Sooo, yeah.
 
Electric - Pikachu of course

Fire - Charizard is head and shoulders the strongest

Water - Hard one this as both Squirtle/Totodile and Buizel have balls. Squirtles's is bigger though so squirtle.

Grass - No choice but Sceptile. Bulbasaur comes in a close second as despite being a couple of evolutionary stages behind Sceptile, it's nearly as powerful and quick.

Poison - Muk

Ground - He'll need a ground Pokemon to conter electric pokemon and Ash's best ground pokemon is Donaphan
