Of course not; all the Gundam shows have been made by Sunrise. Fanservice in the form of jiggling breasts did originate with Gainax to some extent, however.

There's a bigger and longer version of that avatar out there somewhere. it would show parts of a sentence after every jiggle, then towards the end it'd say "...I forgot what I was going to put here. Look at the jiggles again!"

Crossplay is hilarious.. I was actually reading some funny stories on a cosplay site about them.. where people thought guys were girls and stuff.. and when they ordered at a restaurant.. they were like "Just water, please" and the waitress was all "O_O"..
