5th Gen Back sprites

I traded my meganium to W2 and realized that the bacsprites are really pixelized.
What do you think? Gen 4 or 5 back sprites?

4th Gen's back sprites don't have full animation that 5th Gen has, but I don't mind them being a pixelly mess. It's still Pokemon to me.

Wasn't exactly fond of how the camera being closer to your Pokemon makes it pixilated for some reason. They look great though when it's not zoomed in on them:

Always found it pretty off-putting how pixelated the backs were when they zoom in. For me Gen 4 sprites are easier to work with

Maybe because 5th Gen was meant to be a shoutout to 1st Gen itself? But as Nah said, the sprites do look good when not zoomed in.

I personally really wanted to see what the moving sprites of Gen 5 would of looked like come Gen 6 on the 3DS. Figured that the pixilated back sprites was just a hardware limitation and would of been corrected next gen.
