Battle Stadium Daily Chit-Chat [Everyone go on the PO server please :D]

we are not, at least I am not. If you want it to seem that way, by all means go for it.

i totaly agree with tree-x about the tier leagues i think that would work perfectly lol
 
I stand by just using one main league that runs with 8 GL + 4 E4 + 1 C + 5 BFB, and can change to have more GLs later on. With it giving the option of using whatever tier they want, rules, Wi-Fi or Shoddy, etc, and if that becomes successful it could be split up. Since, making four leagues immediately is too fast and Battle Stadium really doesn't have enough activity to keep them going fully. Though, I mean it isn't like anyone cares about Stadium anymore lol.
 
What would happen if we combined multiple types of gyms into one thread seperated by a post or some other marker? Probably mayhem but it's working in my head.

Hm...say like for example, the H&S league info and rules, then some UU league info and rules underneath, then some NU league info and league underneath that in one thread and have people challenge whatever leader in whichever league? Then all the challengers would be funneled to one thread. Or am I not wording this right?
 
That sounds like a big cluster/mess and could actually cause a lot of confusion.

I care about the battle stadium, and many others do. I was searching around this site once (when I was new), and I saw the trade corner on a link. Then, I soon figured out that there was a battle stadium here, and that was what mattered most to me here ever since.

Enough of that, I like the idea that Gym leaders can use whatever rules they want, and that they don't need to use themes.
But, it also has to be creative. One of the reasons that the motisma league failed is because it was just in plain text.

Sounds a bit cluttered lol, and it's just all the threads combined into one, when keeping it to separate threads works fine honestly.

Yes, that would be nice, but notice a lot of the "creative" tournaments that requires the challenger to make a new team or change it repetitively usually dies due to little interest or they don't want to go through the trouble of making a new team. So, it would be best in my opinion to keep the themes to the GLs (that's probably what you meant anyway). Also, it didn't fail per say, we just let it die. However, having most gyms with Shoddy only did cut the activity.

I was going to post this in the Battle Stadium opinion thread but it's a bit off topic so I am going to post it here. Why do some of you people idolize past members/leagues so much? Sure you they may have been fun while they were here but they are gone now. I'm just curious as to why you guys hold onto these old and dead members/leagues so much.

We weren't too concerned with the appearance at first, we were just throwing it out there so it wouldn't die before it started. We already had people make a CSS layout behind the scenes, but that doesn't matter much, since we basically just let it go =3
 
Poor wolf seemed to have wasted his good ol' time. ;o; I hope when Gen 5 rolls around Motisma will spring up again...I doubt it though.
