@Doctor - I hope you don't mind me going ahead any sticking that in here since it is really just to make things easier for myself haha. You didn't tell me not to when I mentioned it earlier so I figured it was okay xD

And you decide how many pokemon Misty uses, just like she would adapt to the number of pokemon you have (like, she wouldn't use 3 against someone who only has 1, like she'd do in the games, so go with anime logic here).

I didn't draw Tasman or Clarity, I just found pictures that closely matched how I imagined them.
If you want a picture that badly though there are loads of artists here and on sites like deviantart who'd do it although it would possibly have to be a commission for some.

Hometown: Born on Cinnabar, resides on Cerulean and in the mean time, is travelling.

Interests and Goals:

Pokemon League: Gary Clark wants to win the Pokemon League. He wants to do it to become a Pokemon Master and prove Gelius that he is the best in the world. He also wants to beat the number of badges that Mark, Gelius' older brother, got in his journey. He had set a goal of getting the 7 badges and get the last badge that Mark did not got it.

Gym Leader Place: Since Gary Clark has his starter Pokemon, Croconaw on his team, he can take the Cerulean Gym Leader Place challenge easily. However, it is required to have 8 badges and it is optional taking the Pokemon League Challenge. The problem is that both Gelius, Joey and Laura can take the challenge of the gym too, since Gelius has Bubbles, his Poliwhirl, Laura has her Feebas and Joey has his Lapras. Gary Clark then decided to make a rivalry between the 4, promise that they get the badges and do a final fight do decide the one who takes the challenge.

Bet made with his Rival: Both Gelius and Gary Clark made a bet. That before the Pokemon League, when they get enough badges, they would meet on the same place where both fought for a Totodile (Actual Gary Clark's Croconaw), the Cerulean Cape, at midnight, and show how stronger they got on their travel before heading to the league, with a battle. They also promised to try to reach the finals and do a last battle. They also promised if one of them did not reached the finals, or both, they would do a final showdown on Plateau Indigo. Even thought that Gary Clark is arrogant and breaks a lot of rules of bets, he respects this bet a lot.

Catching Deoxys: While Gelius was wondering about the strange Pokemon (Deoxys), Gary Clark made some research and discovered that the Pokemon was the DNA Pokemon Deoxys. He saved this information to himself and started to look for him. However, he never saw him again.​

Strengths:

Experienced Trainer: Gary Clark is an experienced trainer, due having a starter Pokemon before than Gelius, so he started training Pokemon in a early age. This is one of the reasons for bugging Gelius and annoy him.

Popular: He is a popular person and that makes most of the people cheer for him or do his things while he does nothing.

Full Team of 6 Pokemon: Since the start of his adventures, he had a planned team. With that plan, he caught other pokemon before the very first gym battle. He always keeps his team full and releases the ones who he considers weak pokemon.

Ace Trio: On his team, he has a Trio made of Ace Pokemon (Or Trump Pokemon), that are his best pokemon (Croconaw, Kadabra and Pidgeotto).

Lucky: He still never lost a battle. All times that Gelius fought him, he won. This is one of the many reasons that he thinks he is the best.​

Weaknesses:

Totally and Completely Arrogant: This guy can be as much arrogant he wants. If he thinks you are not like him, then he will humiliate you.

Pure Hate to Gelius: Before this rivalry started, Gelius and G. Clark were friends, until a day that they fought for a Totodile. Since then Gary Clark hates Gelius and vice verse. This happens the same thing to all members of Emerald Family. However, he does not annoy Laura, which annoys Gelius on the other side.

He is a flirty too...: He flirts with every girl he thinks he is cute, like Gelius. But a difference is, girls don't hate Gary Clark for dumping them.

Thinks he is the best: To him, he is always in first place and then the others. The guy even left Gelius in troubles that could lead to death while he just walked away.​

Pokemon Party:

Croconaw: Croconaw is Gary Clark's first pokemon and his best pokemon. At Gary Clark's disposal, Croconaw can use Ice Punch, Brick Break, Iron Tail, Water Pulse, Crunch and a powerful and classic Hydro Pump.

Pidgeotto: Gary Clark caught this Pidgeotto at Nugget Bridge. It was Gary Clark's first caught Pokemon in wild. It has moves like Wing Attack, Steel Wing, Quick Attack, Tackle, Heat Wave and Sky Attack.

Kadabra: Gary Clark Caught this Kadabra as an Abra not so much time after catching Pidgeotto. It evolved into Kadabra on a fight on Mt. Moon. It has strong moves like Ice Punch, Fire Punch, Teleport, Shock Wave, Confusion and Psychic.

Beedrill: A pokemon that Gary Clark caught on Viridian Forest. Not so much is known about him, only that the first time it was saw it was on Mount Moon. Only known moves are Poison Jab, Fury Attack and Twineedle.

Cacnea: Cacnea was a pokemon given by his grand parents. However Cacnea it's not a very strong pokemon. Cacnea is in fact, Gary Clark's weakest pokemon. His only known move is Pin Missile.

Raticate: Raticate was the leader of a Raticate's horde that Gary Clark caught, and then left the battlefield with Kadabra's Teleport, and left Gelius with all the other Raticates. His only known moves are Hyper Fang and Quick Attack.

Interests and goals: North's dream are fairly standard; having been brought up in a home of pokémon trainers, his goal is to, of course, becoming the strongest champion to have ever lived. To this end, he's traveled to Kanto to challenge the Pokémon League there, knowing that his idol Red achieved his status of Pokémon Master at the Indigo Plateau.

However, he's not obsessed. Growing up, his best friend was the total opposite of him, and often reminded him that pokémon trainers are only a fraction of the different kinds of people that live in the world; and those people can't defend themselves from a pokémon attack. Hearing the words of the friend he (naively) considered wiser than himself, North swore that he'd protect people wherever he went, no matter what the cost.

Finally, he wishes to be like his father, and wants to grow on his journey so that he may come home one day and show him just how strong he has become.

Family: His father is a gym leader back in Kalos, and his mother used to be one too before she retired. He has three sisters, all of which work at the Battle Maison.

Strengths: North is a determined young man, and will press on to reach his goals no matter what obstacles he might face. He is both foolhardy and easygoing, generally being very sociable and easy to befriend. He's not particularly knowledgeable, but he is bright, and one can't easily fool him. In battle, he's an all-out attacker, using speed and huge power to overwhelm to opponent, not giving them any room to breathe.

Weaknesses: He has a very one-track mind; once he focuses on something, it's very hard to get him to pay attention to anything else. He's very bad at controlling his strength, often accidentally injuring his opponents without meaning to, and has a hard time keeping his emotions in check. Though this may be seen as a strength, he is also very ruthless: to him, ends justify the means. He's afraid of being a failure to his dad and to not be able to protect people and despite not being fooled easily and having very few fears, he is easily manipulated once these are exploited; however, his rebellious streak may very well cause this to backfire in spectacular ways.
