Ha ha :p In the summer it's between 20-30 degrees celsius here, which is perfect I'd say. Warmer than 30 and it's uncomfortable (unbearable, imo) and colder than 20 you need more than a hoodie.
 
The coldest it ever gets here in the summer is like 22C or so. The warmest is 40.
 
In my area, when people have a sweater on, it's cold. I've seen people wearing coats at 75 degrees because they think it's cold. But then, we're desert people soooo.

I only wear my sweater when it's lower than 55. I like hoodies with zippers like Ashley mentioned, they're easier to take off and easier to store.

At -20°C temperatures: a shirt

May be because I'm insanely temperature resistant or because I'm pretty used to any kind of temperature :p

I wonder if americans are ever going to adapt the celsius system. I have no idea what 75 F means.
 
I think 90 something is your body temperature, which is super weird for a celsius mind since that's the digits for near-boiling water :p
 
Then again there are/used to be temperature units like °Ra (Rankine), °De (Delisle), °Ré (°Réaumur) or °Rø (Rømer)...

Well almost all the time the weather bothers me very little if its like room temperature to freezing I'm perfectly fine, but when it gets hot, I don't mean warm, I MEAN LIKE SUNNY HOT MY FLESH JUST COOKS ITSELF SEVERELY.

I guess you can say its pretty chill.
