[Best Veteran March/May 2011] A new professor in town - Kanto Adventure PG13

I'd like to apologize for that troll... he constantly targets me >.< I AM NOT HIS FRIEND, JUST THE VICTIM OF HIS STALKING AND TROLLING... I can not help feeling somewhat responsible just because I am his target and would like to apologise for him because of that... I thought I had gotten rid of him a few months ago, but he is back to haunt me. He has made repeated accounts to stalk/troll me... I'm worried that this may happen again so I would also like to apologise in advance for future attacks as well.

"Venonat, let's see that new Sludge Bomb!" Warren shouted, releasing Venonat and pointing at a rock about ten metres along the path, a trail cut through thick black ash. Emerging from the ball, the bug stepped forwards and held its hands out, a ball of goo forming between them, growing quickly in size. Jumping into the air, it held its arm back, then whipped it forwards, hurling the glowing ball of sludge against the rock with a resounding crack.
"Alright! That looks great, Venonat!" The blue-eyed bug chirped happily in response, then frowned as something behind the rock moved. Stepping backwards a little, it called out again, but screeching this time. The shape turned around and jumped over the small boulder, growling.
"Ele!" it cried angrily, wiping angrily at the purple muck staining its luxuriant yellow and black coat. Jabbing its arm angrily at Venonat, it whirled its other limb above its head and sparks began to fly between the two prongs on its head. Warren gasped as Venonat threw itself to the side, seconds before a thin jet of lightning struck the spot where it had been standing moments before.
"Okay, I think you might have annoyed him, Venonat," he called, more than a little redundantly. "Let's try Disable!" Both Pokemon glowed a faint red colour, then the sparks faded from Elekid's head. Warren grinned. Without electricity, his enemy was going to find this battle pretty tough. Or maybe not. Darting forwards at an almost supernatural speed, it shoulder barged the insect, which flew backwards, skidding on its feet.
"Nat, nat!" it shouted, angrily, then attacked without waiting for an order. Charging forwards, Venonat formed another Sludge Bomb between its hands, then slammed it down onto the stunned Elekid's head. The electrical pokemon stumbled backwards, made to start forwards, then stopped again. Warren grinned as a faint purple hue tinged its yellow coat. It was poisoned.
"Alright, now Confusion!" angry, the bug held out its hands, glowing with a blue aura. Elekid grunted once, confused, then flew ten feet into the hair, rotated so its head was pointing straight at the ground and finally smashed into the floor with enough force to throw up a considerable dust cloud. Warren burst out laughing as the ash settled, revealing Elekid stuck upside down in the ground, desperately struggling to free its prongs from the earth.
"Give it a Tackle to help it out. But subdue it with Supersonic first." Venonat screeched at Elekid and it stopped, confused as to where it was or what was happening. Seconds later, it flew back, lading face first in the ash as it was struck by a high velocity insect. Sitting up, it slowly began to whirl its arms around again, sparks flying once more between the prongs on its head.
"Disable must have worn off..." Warren gasped, then immediately threw himself at Venonat as he realised the build-up of sparks on Elekid's head wasn't being released. It was just getting bigger and bigger.
"Look out!" he yelled, landing on top of Venonat as the ball of lightning exploded, sending wild arcs of electricity flying across the entire area. One brushed Warren's leg and he yelled out in shock - that stung like hell! Slowly, the storm subsided and Warren glanced up to see the Elekid stumbling in an almost drunken manner from side to side, still confused. Throwing Venonat towards the enemy, Warren yelled out desperately,
"Disable again!" Once more, the pair glowed faintly red and the residual sparks faded. Warren sighed in relief. That Thundershock overload had been dangerous. He had to finish this battle quickly, before things got really crazy...

As sean enetered the city centre once again, he was considering leaving Growlithe out since he wanted to see the city with his best friend beside him. Not to mention how Growlithe was so excited and perky to go alongside Sean and see the city with him.
That reminded him, about Natasha, who went into a large building with a few floors. Obviouslky, she would still be checking out the place so he thought not to go there just yet. Though, where was he going to go next? If he couldn't go to the building just now to leave Natasha some space, and he had already went to the Game Corner, where else was there? Most of the buildings were just empty, plain buildings.
Just then, Sean felt a vibration in his pocket that did suprise him. Nontheless, it was only his phone letting him know that he had an incoming call. Sean flipped up the phone to hear Natasha's voice.
"Hi Sean. I'm gunna be a while in the Department Store. Is that alright?" this didn't suprise Sean, but he was disappointed to hear that she was held up.
"No, that's fine. Just tell me when you're ready for the battle and I'll meet you somewhere." after Sean had stopped talking, he could see a small girl with a red dress on and black hair. This had really distracted him, as it looked strongly like his rival, Diane.
Sean had flipped his phone down, and had put it back in his pocket. The girl that looked like Diane had started to walk over to him, although she didn't give a mean look or a mean chat, she was actually quite nice.
"Hey there. I kinda need help finding the Department Store. Could you like, tell me where it is?" she was looking for directions, not a conversatin. She sounded a little older than Diane to Sean, but it could still be her and he wasn't going to be that easy yet.
"Yeah, it's over there." he pointed to the large building that Natasha was in, which as she said on the phone, was the Department Store.
"Thanks." she was indeed polite, so it couldn't have been Diane. So, as the conversation had finished with no point remaining, Leanne went off into the Department Store.
As usual, Sean was quite bored aswell and needed to go somewhere to wait for Diane, but what else was there than the Gym? Of course, he was going to leave the Gym until the time before he would leave, and he would need some items to help him through the Gym, therefore the Department Store was the way to go. Besides, everyone was going there.
Sean and Growlithe were walking to the large building, that was even larger when he arrived. It overlooked him and most other buildings alongside it.
In curiousity, Sean and Growlithe decided to go in to see what the Department Store had to offer for him.

"Venonat, we have to snap that Elekid out of its confusion!" Warren yelled as the electrical midget wandered around in a daze. "Try using Sludge Bomb again and don't let up!" The bug attacked once more, hurling ball after ball of putrid, disgusting flith. Elekid stumbled further and further, finally falling down and huddling into a small ball.
"Woah, woah, hold up!" Warren yelled, "I think we might have gone a bit too far." Slowly creeping forwards, he poked at the prongs on Elekid's head with his toe.Slowly it rolledover to look at him. Then it grinned. Warren gulped.
"Oh sh-" he shouted seconds before Elekid launched a Quick Attack right into his stomach, winding him.
"Venonat..." he gasped from the floor, "...stop...him!" The bug, devoid of any actual commands stepped in front of its downed trainer and beckoned threateningly to the Elekid. Grinning, it charged, whirling its arms like windmills and firing a jet of electricity straight at Venonat. Venonat screeched with delight. Holding out its hand, its eyes glowed a faint blue and the bolt of lightning suddenly shuddered to a halt.
"Ele?" cried the unfortunate Elekid, realising his dilemma. Venonat grinned, then thrust forwards with its hands and the Thundershock turned and flew straight back to where it came from. The electrical pokemon screamed as it was hurled backwards by the force of the blast. Warren smiled as he slowly clambered to his feet.
"Alright, finish it with a Confusion and Tackle combo. Use Confusion on yourself!" Venonat charged as Elekid struggled to stand, the bug slowly beginning to glow blue. Suddenly, its feet left the floor and it rocketed forwards into Elekid with an almighty Tackle.
"Great work, Venonat!" Warren shouted, unclipping a Pokeball from his belt."Now its time to make this all worthwhile!" Stepping forwards, he hurled the ball at the semi-conscious Elekid, which was immediately sucked in with a flash. Warren crossed his fingers as the ball began to shake...
 
"I'm so glad your ok," Kairi said hugging Butterfree. "Fee," Butterfree said weakly. He grinned at Kairi as she hugged him happily. He looked very weak so Kairi returned him to his PokeBall. She then took the Badge from Misty,"Yey! My second badge."

"You look tried out from the fight. Would you like to stay for dinner? It's starting to get late," Misty offered. "Sure, thanks a lot Misty," Kairi said. Misty and Kairi left the battlefield and went to the house part of the gym where Misty lived at. Kairi got to see Misty's three sisters,"Oh hi Kairi, we remember you. You used to play with Misty when you were little right?" Daisy the oldest said with a grin.

"I'm suprised you remember me. It's been so long since you saw me. I was only 8 years old back then after all," Kairi repiled,"Like, of course we remember you," Lily, the pink haired sister said with a smile at Kairi. It would take awhile for dinner to be fixxed, so Kairi went to the Pokemon Center to heal her Pokemon.

She then decided to go out onto Route 24 for a little trainning. She was walking out onto a Route when a boy with shorts on challenged Kairi to a battle. Kairi accepted the challenge.

The boy sent out his Rattata first. This reminded Kairi of her Rattata that was in healing at Professor Maple's place. She really missed him. She wondered how her Rattata was doing. Maybe she'd give the Professor a call later on to check on her Rattata.

Anyway Kairi decided to send in Bell,"Bell use Vine Whip attack!" She called as her Bellsprout appeared in a flash of light. "Bell sprout!" Bell said releasing vines from her leafs. She grabbed the helpless Rattata and slammed it down onto the ground. Kairi wish Bell knew something else other then Vine Whip. Maybe after a few more fights she would.

"Rattata Tackle attack!" The boy in shorts told his Pokemon. Rattata ran at Bell using Tackle. Bell jumped out of the way. "Vine Whip!" Kairi called. "Bell!" Bell said as she grabbed Rattata once again hauling it down onto the ground with her Vine Whip attack.

"Rattata! Huh? How come your only using Vine Whip?" The boy asked Kairi,"Cause I'm afraid that's the only attack Bell knows right now," Kairi said grinning and scratching the back of her head. "That's all! That's pitiable!" The boy said laughing at Bell. "That doesn't mean she's not strong just cause she only knows one attack you know!" Kairi demanded.

"Quick Attack Rattata!" The boy said. The Rattata ran at Bell and slammed into her before Kairi could call out an attack, sending her flying. "Bell! Are you ok?" Kairi asked her. "Bell!" Bell said getting back up,"Ok, Vine Whip!" Kairi called out.

Bell sent Vine Whip at the Rattata again. But the boy screamed for Quick Attack. The Rattata ran on top of Bell's vines over to her and sent her flying. Bell got back up onto her feet though, and this time sent vines straight at Rattata slamming it down to the ground again. The Rattata couldn't take it anymore and fainted.

The boy recalled his Rattata, and sent out his Pidgey,"Cool! A sky battle! Go Butterfree!" Kairi said recalling Bell and sending out her newly evolved Pokemon. "Feeeee!" Butterfree said as he appeared in a flash of light.

"Pidgey! Tackle that Butterfree!" The boy yelled. "Butterfree, you use Tackle as well," Kairi told the butterfly type. Both Pokemon tackled against each other sending both Pokemon flying backwards.

"Sand Attack Pidgey!" The boy told it. Kairi repiled with,"Confusion attack!" Kairi's Butterfree was at a way higher level so his attack hit first. Kairi got lucky with that attack. The Pidgey got confused.

"Pidgey, Tackle!" The boy called. But Pidgey was so confused that it just hurt itself. "No!" The boy screamed. "Butterfree, use Confusion again!" Kairi told him. Butterfree shot Congusion at the Pidgey once again. The boy told his Pokemon to attack with Tackle and it attacked itself again. Kairi ordered Confusion again, and that finished off Pidgey.

The boy recalled his Pidgey and then sent out his Mankey. Kairi recalled Butterfree and sent Rose into battle. "Mankey Low Kick!" The boy called out. "Rose use Poison Powder!" Kairi called out. Mankey ran at Rose using Low Kick but got hit with Poison Powder before it could get to her.

Mankey coughed from the powder hitting it. "Now use Stun Spore!" Kairi told her. Now not only was Mankey poisoned it was paralyzed as well. "Mankey! Low Kick!" The boy ordered his Pokemon. But Mankey couldn't move at all. It was fully paralyzed. "Mankey! No!" The boy screamed.

"Ok, use Absorb, Rose!" Kairi ordered. Rose sucked away more of the Mankey's HP. Was it just Kairi or was this battle ending kinda fast. She guessed maybe this guy was just a beginner trainer. The boy kept on screaming for Mankey to move but it couldn't. Rose kept on using Absorb until Mankey just fainted to the ground.

The boy sent out Ekans, while Kairi called Rose back over and sent Sparky into battle. "Ekans use Poison Sting!" The boy said. "Oh no! Sparky dodge!" Kairi called out. It was too late. Sparky got hit with Poison Sting and he got poisoned,"No!"

"Chaaaa!" Sparky said painfully. The poison hurt, a lot. But Sparky wasn't going to give up,"Pika!" He said in a mean tone. "Sparky use...." Kairi got ready to say when he went into one of his little rages. Sparky jumped at Ekans and bit him. He then started scratching him to death, and slamming him onto the ground.

"Sparky! What are you doing?! I didn't say to do that," Kairi said, rolling her eyes. Sparky turned around and glared at her,"Find, do what you want," Kairi said, giving in. "Pi!" Sparky said nodding his head.

Sparky picked up Ekans in his mouth and jumped up into the air, and came back down slamming it into the ground. The Ekans had fainted,"Uh, good job, Sparky, I guess," Kairi said, scratching her head. She'd have to do something one day about that stuborn mean attitude of Sparky's. But it did win her the fight, so she guessed it wasn't all that bad.

Next up the boy sent out his Meowth. Kairi called Sparky back over, and sent out Adam. "Ok Leer attack!" Kairi called out. Adam leered at the Meowth lowing it's defense by one point. "Meowth, use Scratch attack!" The boy called. "Meow!" Meowth called running at Adam and scratching him. Ow! That had to hurt, as Adam scramed out painfully.

"Peck attack!" Kairi told him. Adam ran at the Meowth and Pecked it. Meowth got poisoned by Adam's Poison Point ability. It's heath started draining away from it. "Meowth! Scratch it again!" The boy called out. Meowth ran at Adam.

"Adam dodge it and use Peck!" Kairi called. Adam dodged the attack and used Peck on Meowth sending it flying. It went on like this for the next few turns. The boy calling out Scratch and Kairi calling out Peck. Pretty soon Meowth just fainted from the poison.

Lastly the boy sent out his Sandshrew, while Kairi sent out Eve. "Eve Tackle!" She told her. The boy sent his Sandshrew in with Scratch attack. Both Pokemon hit each other dead on and were sent flying backwards. Both trainers called out to there Pokemon. Both Pokemon got back up.

"Sandshrew use, Poison Sting!" The boy told his Pokemon. "Eve dodge it, and use another Tackle!" Kairi told her. Sandshrew sent Poison Sting at Eve and she dodged it and ran at Sandshrew with Tackle attack. "Shrew!" Sandshrew screamed as it was sent flying backwards.

"Now use Growl attack!" Kairi screamed. Eve growled at the Sandshrew lowering it's attack power. "Sand Attack!" The boy told it. Eve dodged as the Sand Attack headed it's way. She was not going to have her rate of hits lowered today.

"Tackle!" Kairi screamed,"with full power! End this fight!"

"You use Scratch with full power as well!" The boy screamed out. Both Pokemon ran at each other using there full power, in attacking, both getting knocked back. They both struggled to get up. Suddenly the Sandshrew had this shocked look in it's eyes, as it fell over, and fainted.

The boy recalled it and paid Kairi the winning money and walked away. Kairi returned Eve and continued on down Route 24. She came upon a small pond. So she decided now would be a good time to fish.

Kairi took out her Super Rod and attached some Pokemon bait to the hook, and casted the rod into the water. She then sit down and waited......and waited.........and waited.........and waited.......and,"Darn!" Kairi demanded, shaking her fist,"How long is this going to take anyway!"

Kairi sit there and waited for a full hour. She was about to fall asleep in her boredom when she felt, a tug at the line. Kairi reeled in her catch and saw that it was a Magikarp. But it was of a different color. It was a golden color,"Wow! A gold Magikarp. Just imange the type of money this would bring in," Kairi said stars in her eyes.

But the Shiny Magikarp wasn't paying any attention to what Kairi said. It was just flapping about on the ground saying,"Karp! Karp!"

"Ok, since it's a water type, let's go Sparky! Use Thundershock attack!" Kairi told him. Sparky attacked the helpless Magikarp with Thundershock,"Karp!" It screamed in pain. The Shiny Magikarp then used Splash attack to land on top of Sparky and it started slamming it into the ground.

"Sparky!" Kairi screamed. "Chu!" Sparky said flipping over onto his back and when the Shiny Magikarp came down again he started kicking it up into the air. It looked like Sparky was trying to play volly ball with the Shiny Magikarp. Kairi laughed. That looked so funny. Her Pikachu was using the Shiny Magikarp as a volly ball.

"Magi karp!" The Shiny Magikarp screamed as Sparky kept on kicking it up and down. "Ok Thundershock!" Kairi called out. Sparky got up and was about to release Thundershock when the shiny Magikarp landed on top of Sparky's head and bit down really hard.

"Chuuuu!!!!!" Sparky screamed running around in a circle with the shiny Magikarp attacked to his head,"Calm down Sparky! Stand still and use Thundershock until that thing lets go of you!" Kairi called out to her Pokemon.

Sparky stood still and closed it's eyes, starting to release Thundershock all though his body and into the shiny Magikarp. It still wasn't letting go,"More power Sparky!" Kairi screamed,"Chu!" Sparky screamed releasing more electricty into the shiny Magikarp.

It still wasn't letting go of Sparky, it's prey,"Stronger!" Kairi screamed at him. "Pika....chu!" Sparky screamed making his Thundershock stronger. The shiny Magikarp was still attached to Sparky. If Kairi wanted it to let go, Sparky would have to use his full power,"Full power!!!!!!" Kairi screamed so loud that it hurt her througe,"CHU!" Sparky screamed. Then all of a sudden there was a bright light all around Kairi as everything went white,"PI!" She heard Sparky scream.

When the light cleared, there was the shiny Magikarp knocked out cold, in front of Sparky. The full powered Thundershock had worked. Sparky was tried after all that power he had used and fell over onto his back,"Chu," he said weakly. Kairi took out a PokeBall and threw it at the shiny fish. The shiny Magikarp disapeared in a flash of red light. The PokeBall then started shaking and the red light was blinking.

OOC: *bleep*ing Internet Explorer keeps losing all my *bleep*ing posts right before I *beep*ing post them.

Slowly, the Pokeball rocked, to the left...to the right....then it stopped. A grin slowly spread across Warren's face as the light on the front pulsed red gently and gave off a faint ding before the ball glowed and disappeared, teleported to Maple's lab.
"Alright!" Warren shouted, "Great work, Venonat!" The bug chirped happily as Warren returned it to its ball, looking questioningly at where the ball had been moments earlier.
"Hey, where did Elekid go?" he asked and his neglected Pokedex butted in from his pocket.
"To prevent battles of a dangerous scale, trainers are only permitted to carry six pokemon at a time. Any Pokemon caught when the trainer already has a party of six will be sent to a storage facility. For normal beginning trainers, this is usually with the professor who they received their starter from." Warren frowned.
"So Maple's got it?" Sighing, he dug his phone out and began to dial in the lab's number, but before he could it began to ring.
"Hello?" he answered, surprised to hear shouting at the other end.
"Warren Simmons!" Warren flinched at the sound of the voice.
"Mum?"
"That's right! I just came over to Maple's lab to see if she knew how you were doing, since you never bother to call, but when I got here, I found that her and her assistants were being terrorised by a new arrival - your Elekid! What the hell are you playing at?" Warren groaned as what sounded distinctly like a Thundershock erupted at the other end.
"It's not my fault, how was I meant to know it was a psycho? Look, just tell Maple I'll send her one of my calmer Pokemon, so she can offload the nut job onto me, okay?" There was a rush of static as Warren's mother sighed down the phone.
"Nothing's ever simple with you, is it?" she muttered, before leaving the phone, presumably to talk to Maple. Warren reached to his Pokeballs, wondering about who to send home. His hand hovered over one, then he quickly grabbed another, tossing it into the air to release its inhabitant.
"Rata?" Warren grinned at the small purple rodent.
"Hey, runt, I've got some good news." Rattata looked at him confused.
"Well, for a little while at least, you're going to be living at Maple's, with your mate and your son." The rat didn't look too happy, though. Warren sighed.
"Look, I'm not trying to get rid of you. I just need space on the team and I thought that you wouldn't mind going home and spending some time with your family...I guess I could send someone else back, but I don't know who." Rattata snickered, then jumped onto his knee, purring happily.
"So...you don't mind?" She shook her head.. Warren grinned, relieved, then bumped the Pokeball against her head, before flipping open his Pokedex.
"Okay, what do I actually do here?" he asked down the phone, almost able to hear the eyes rolling at the other end.
"Warren, it's me."
"Professor? Okay...it's this white button, right?"
"Right. Press it, select Rattata and the dex does the rest." Warren, for once in his life, did as told and watched, a little sadly, as Rattata's ball shimmered, then blinked out.
"Alright, Your Rattata has just arrived...and she seems fine. I'll send the Elekid to you now." This time, a faint light gathered above the Pokeball insignia on the Pokedex's lid, glowing brighter and forming into a solid shape - a Pokeball.
"I've got it. See you Maple."
"Hang on a second your moth-" Warren pressed the end call button, switching off his phone and dropping it back into his pocket before releasing the new arrival. Slowly, it emerged from the ball, forming into a small yellow and black walking plug. Warren grinned.
"Alright prongs, here's the deal. You fight for me, I tell you how to battle and if you do well, we all get rich and famous. Sound good?" Elekid nodded.
"Good. And I don't want you to do any of this crazy crap like you were with Maple because trust me, you will regret it. Anyway." Warren straightened up.
"We've got a gym battle waiting!"
 
@Screw The Rules, I Have Green Hair (How the hell am I going to shorten that? :O) - Looks like Elekid is going to be fun to have around, but its sad to see Rattata go... I'll go update your OOC thread.
 
Kairi was reaching out to touch the Shiny Magikarp's PokeBall when it glowed and got sent to Professor Maple's lab. Kairi went a little bit furrder down Route 24 and came upon a cottage. She knocked on the door. She heard that this is where Bill lived. The man who made the Pokemon storage system.

Bill answered the door,"Hi who are you?" He grinned at Kairi. "Hi, I'm Kairi. I'm one of the trainers that's been using your storage system and I just had too meet you," Kairi grinned back. "Well, that's nice to hear. Come on in," Bill said letting Kairi in. "I've been looking up some rare Pokemon on my PC. Want to see them?" Bill asked Kairi.

"I'd love to," Kairi said. She sit down in front of Bill's computer and looked at 8 different Pokemon. Here they are:

Kairi read up info on the Eevee. It said that it evolved different ways into each of these other seven Pokemon. The evolution of Eevee that really caught her eye though was the Espeon. It was just so beautiful,"Aww, I'd love an Espeon," Kairi said hearts in her eyes.

Kairi figured maybe one day she'd run into an Eevee and catch, maybe. She'd have to wait and see or ask Professor Maple where she can find an Eevee at. She'd ask her maybe sometime tomorrow. Kairi figured she had already bugged her enough today.

Bill came back into the room with some tea,"Thanks," Kairi said taking the tea,"Do you know where I may find an Eevee at?" She asked him,"No one knows. According to what I hear, an Eevee can appear on any Route but it's rarely seen at all by humans," Bill told her.

Rarely seen by humans! A lot of good that would do Kairi. It looked as if she'd have her work cut out for her if she wanted to find a wild Eevee. Or maybe she could just trade with another trainer for an Eevee. Kairi finished her tea and said goodbye to Bill. Then she and her Pokemon went back to Cerulean City.

That night while Kairi had dinner with Misty and her sisters she told her about Eevee,"I'd love a Vaporeon," Misty told her. Kairi kinda giggled,"Well, I fell in love with the Espeon," Kairi said showing Misty the picture in her Pokedex,"Aw, it's so beautiful. I normally just go for water Pokemon, but I love this Espeon," Misty agreed with Kairi,"I hope you get one, someday."

"Me too. As a matter of fact as soon as I leave here I plan on searching for an Eevee," She told Misty. "Oh my! An Eevee's going to be very hard to catch. Here take this. It's my last Ultra Ball. You'll need it. It's much stronger then a normal or Great Ball, and has a very high catch rate to it," Misty said handing the Ultra Ball to Kairi.

"Thanks Misty," Kairi said, putting the Ultra Ball away. After dinner Kairi and her Pokemon went to the Pokemon Center and got a room for the night. Kairi dreamed that night about someday catching an Eevee and evolving it into a beautiful Espeon.

The next morning after she'd gotten up, gotten dressed, she and her Pokemon had breafast and left. Saffron City was very close by now and she wanted to get there and get her third badge today.

Kairi, Rose and Sparky then headed out to Route 5. Kairi had barely entered the Route when a Pidgey flew out at her. Kairi sent Sparky into battle since the Pidgey's a flying type that's weak against electric attacks. "Use Thundershock!" Kairi told him.

Sparky let loose with a Thundershock. The Pidgey avoided the attack, and came down with a Tackle attack. Sparky jumped out of the way. He then hit Pidgey with his tail very hard sending it flying, even though it was already in the air. So Pidgey just did a flip and came back hitting Sparky with Tackle. Sparky rolled on the ground to avoid too much damage.

Kairi's Pikachu, Sparky really was a fighter. He could even be in the Navy or Army one day. The Pidgey used Sand Attack on Sparky lowering his rate of hits. He was mad now,"Pika!" Sparky screamed raising his fist at the Pidgey in anger.

Sparky then waited for the Pidgey to fly down lower and jumped onto it's back,"Thunder Wave!" Kairi screamed. Sparky released the attack into the Pidgey's body, making him unable to move. Sparky then did a flip off of the Pidgey's body back onto the ground. Pidgey tried to use Tackle but it couldn't. It was fully paralyzed.

"Sparky! Thundershock!" Kairi called out. Sparky used Thundershock and missed cause of the Sand Attack lowering his rate of hits. The Pidgey then used Gust sending Sparky flying into Kairi's chest,"Are you ok Sparky? Can you continue fighting?" Kairi asked him.

Sparky got back onto his feet,"Pika! Pika!" He said sparks flying from his cheecks. The Pidgey used Gust attack again. But this time it missed. "Sparky Thundershock it!" Kairi called out. This time the attack hit. The Pidgey looked like it was in a lot of pain from that attack.

It wouldn't be too much longer before the Pidgey fainted and Kairi could catch it. It used Gust once again sending Sparky flying, this time he landed on top of Rose,"Oddish!" She said painfully. "Pika," Sparky said sorry. "Odd," Rose said telling him it was ok.

The Pidgey started coming around for another attack. This time it was going to use Tackle again,"Quick Sparky Thundershock! Finish it off!" Kairi screamed. Sparky screamed out very loudly releasing Thundershock just as the Pidgey fell down for a Tackle attack, knocking it out cold. Kairi took out a PokeBall, planning on saving the Ultra Ball for the Eevee. She threw the PokeBall at the Pidgey. She then watched the PokeBall shake with Pidgey inside of it.

I think this has been inevitable for a while, sorry guys but I'm dropping out. Business + a few other things, limits my writing time, sorry.
 
Pidgey got sent to Professor Maple's lab. Kairi then continued on to Saffron City. She noticed that the path had been blocked off. It seemed there had been a rock slide. She wasn't getting though there anything soon. Kairi figured she may as well just head to Vermillion City first. Then maybe by the time she came back around this would all be cleared up by then.

Besides Kairi had heard that there was a lot of water Pokemon in the harbor. And close by was a Town called Lavender Town. But Kairi didn't want to go there at all. She heard that, that Town was full of ghost Pokemon. And ghost Pokemon had always really scared her. Some were ok, it was just Gastly, Haunter and Gengar that she was afraid of.

Kairi continued on to down to the Underground Path. Once there she saw a lot of other trainers there,'Oh boy,' Kairi thought. It looked as if she'd have to battle her way though all the trainers first. The first person to challenge her a girl sent out a Pokemon she had never seen before. It was a Pokemon she called a Chikorita. The girl told her it was a johto Pokemon and that she came from New Bark Town.

Kairi decided to let her Butterfree get in some training,"Go Butterfree!" Kairi called out sending out the butterfly Pokemon. The battle begin. "Chikorita use Razor Leaf!" The girl told it. "Chiko!" The Chikorita screamed jumping up and releasing a lot of leafs from the leaf on it's head.

Kairi's Butterfree dodged each of them,"Confusion!" Kairi called. Butterfree sent out Confusion knocking the Chikorita back a few feet,"Vine Whip!" The girl cried. Chikorita grabbed Butterfree with it's vines and spun it around in a circle. Butterfree was pretty dizzy after that.

"String Shot!" Kairi called. Butterfree shot the attack out of his month at the Chikorita lowering it's Speed. Chikorita didn't enjoy the sticky stuff that good. "Now Harden!" Butterfree used Harden raising his defense next.

"Chikorita tackle!" The girl screamed. But Chikorita missed as Butterfree was too high up in the air to be hit with a Tackle attack. "Hmm, Growl!" She then told Chikorita. It Growled at Butterfree lowering his attack by one point.

"Butterfree use Confusion again!" Kairi called out. Her Butterfree then sent more waves of Confusion at the Chikorita.. "Razor Leaf!" The girl called out again. Once again the Chikorita sent out Razor Leaf at Butterfree. But Kairi hurried up and called out,"Harden!" Butterfree raised his defense somemore before the attack hit, so it wouldn't do much damage, which it didn't.

"Now Confusion!" Kairi called out. This time Butterfree missed. The Chikorita used Razor Leaf again knocking Butterfree backwards. He did a flip in the air and came back around,"Tackle!" Kairi called. "You use Tackle as well Chikorita!" The girl said.

Both Pokemon hit each other head on. Both of them screamed out in pain. Butterfree then backed away from the Chikorita back into the sky, so it couldn't use Tackle attack again. "Confusion!" Kairi called her next attack. The girl told her Chikorita to use Razor Leaf. The Razor Leaf hit the Confusion attack head on.

Butterfree battled back the Razor Leaf though with his Confusion attack, sending the attack though. It hit Chikorita head on with a cirtial hit. The Chikorita fainted. The girl gumbled, and called back her Chikorita. She paid Kairi the prize money and then she left. Kairi then continued on, after calling her Butterfree back.

slls81: I wanted to write more but this was all I could think of right now. The Chikorita's ok, even though it's a johto Pokemon right? Cause it's not a wild Pokemon, it belongs to a girl who's from Johto. Unless you didn't want any of us finding out about Johto yet.
 
@Konekodemon - Yeah battling a Chikorita is okay I guess

Congratulations Butterfree grew to Level 13 and learned Poison Powder, Stun Spore and Sleep Powder
