Birthday Raffle! Winners Announced

Hello!

So my birthday is on October 17th, meaning I'll be twenty-two next Friday. That said, since it'll be reading week and I'll have some extra time floating around, I wanted to do a raffle to celebrate. You can enter in the raffle from now until October 17th at 11:59pm EST. I'll be announcing the winners on October 18th, as I obviously have lots of plans for the 17th :3c

Rules

1. My Trade Shop rules apply. All Pokemon are non-redistributable, but you may use them to breed your own Pokemon. My OT is 32964; my in-game name is Irène. My timezone is EST, and my FC is 4699-7283-5972.
1b. All of my Pokemon in my Google Spreadsheets are eligible for the raffle, so take a good look at what could be up for grabs:
- 5-6IVEM Pokemon
- Shiny Pokemon
2. You may only enter once in the raffle. No alt accounts, etc.
3. You must have at least 50 posts to qualify for the raffle.
3b. Similarly, you must have been a member of PC for at least six months on the day the raffle takes place i.e. October 18th, with a leniency period of +7 days (October 25th)
4. Only one main prize per person. I'll be using a randomizer on the Internet to determine who wins. The bonus prize can be won by anyone, previous winner or not
5. There is a maximum of 100 entries. Do not post unless you're entering the raffle. If you have any questions, VM me instead. I want to keep this thread as clean as possible. Thank you.
6. You must use the form to be eligible for the raffle. Any entries not using the form will be disqualified, and you may not resubmit.

To be eligible for the bonus prize, you must include the answer to the following question:

You may only choose one. If multiple people pick the correct answer, a randomizer will be used to distribute that prize between eligible parties. An "Edit" tag in your post disqualifies you from the bonus prize, as it just causes confusion when tallying later on.
