I feel like everything's being rushed @.@ It's only the third episode, but the anime gives the atmosphere of it almost being finished \:
Episode 4
Spoiler:Talk about rushed. D:
Rentaro gets another fatal wound and pulls out those insta-heal syringes the scientist gave him a previous episode. He had a 20% chance of turning into a Gastrea himself, but I knew that was not going to happen at all. No suspense here.
Stage Five Gastrea appears and is wiped out in minutes by a conveniently placed railgun. I don't understand how Rentaro even doubted himself in eliminating the monster. How could he miss such a large target where the beam fires at near light speed?
Shougen and his partner's final moments quite empty for me, I didn't even become teary-eyed. I'm becoming more interested about this corrosion rate, though.
That was enough material for at least 3 episodes imo.
Lolis are the best thing about this series...Looks kinda rushed for me and all the Loli's aren't working out for me :/

This anime would be unwatchable without lolis... :/The Gastrea concept is cool and all but srsly Lollis xD I just never got around them. :3
That's probably the level 5 they encountered in episode 4.The Gastrea stages concept is really awesome and I'm secretly hoping for some super stage thats beyond anything theyve seen before.

I don't think there will be level 6 or something like that... that would be seriously overkill.
You cannot expect to have that kind of ending in adaptation kind of anime. It might be overkill, but it'd make for a good final battle scene once all of the zodiacs are dead
