So, even though I was modded hours upon hours ago I still haven't gotten over all the excitement. What was my introduction to the staff like you ask? Well firstly, it was after 4:00am when I got my first message from Klippy and it was not a congratulatory one. Actually what he did was try and tell me that they were going to be shutting the Underground down.
This was extremely confusing since the section has been doing extremely well and because for some reason Klippy was adamant that I had to see the thread first and not go to bed despite the time. After the initial shock faded my memory was tugged and I remembered an old Treehouse thread where various staff and ex-staff shared various humorous stories about how they'd been promoted. This made me rather excited until I realised that I'd left myself two options. Either something was really awesome was happening and my hype was justified, or I was going to feel even worse when something bad did and the hype came crashing down.
Thankfully the hype was justified and I got a smexy blue name and thrown into the swirling pit of confusion that is the staff chat. I am so thrilled to be a part of the amazing staff of Pokecommunity and I can't wait to see what I can do for the RPT. I'm also going to find a way to make Klippy suffer for his schtick :)
