Braces?

nope never, and I don't need them since my teeth are prefect and I only have one or 2 but they are from the lower part so I don't care and no one can notice it. I do love perfects teeths and I hate those mouthes that are seriously disgusting, like a tooth anywhere or the fronts ones like more in the inside or more in the outside...
 
Nah, I don't have braces but so many of my friends do. I don't think I need 'em either. All my teeth are straight other than 1 on the bottom but it's so not worth getting braces over .
 
I had braces for a couple of years. Brushing Teeth was hell back then, when i got them off, my front teeth were all yellow because i failed to clean them properly...
I also remember when my dentist convinced me to have them black-red-gold (i don't really like my country, but i wanted my peace) colored during the soccer world championship in 2006. In the evening of the same day, Germany lost 0-2 against Italy, i don't bring good luck =D
 
Never had braces, never needed them. Truthfully, I want them as my teeth are a little crowded for my liking, but my dentist has assured me time and time again that they're fine and I don't need them.
 
I have braces, I'm almost finished with them. About 90% of kids at my school have them, so it was no big deal. xD Besides, I did not have very nice teeth before, so having them was definitely a good thing for me. I didn't necessarily, want them, like I wished I had nice teeth to begin with so I didn't have to get them, but I didn't. I'm glad now, because I'm gonna have nice teeth. :D
 
My teeth are always above average condition, if not better. That's pretty weird, since I drink an occasional fizzy soda.
They are too expensive and ugly looking for the most part anyways...so no braces for me 8D
 
I had them, it's hell. It's not so bad when you can break the orthodontist's rules and get away with it, but it's kind of hard when your dad is a dentist too -.-

I still have to wear retainer's at night, so I guess I still kind of have braces...
 
Very few people can pull off braces, the only way to pull them off is to make people forget that you have them by bringing attention to something else of yourself.

I got my braces on like 5 years ago and then I got them off 2 years later. It's been so worth it. You hate them while you have them; they hurt, they look gross and they're hard to maintain. But, if you kept good care of your teeth, they're so worth it when you get them off. I'm so glad I got them and went through the hell that they were, it pays off very much. :D
 
I need them. (If you see my pictures in my albums of me, I never show my teeth. xD)

I need them, but they need to pull a tooth out "to make room" (an adult tooth) my parents are debating whether They'll give them to me or not. >>
 
I have them. And they're no fun.

Worst part is - I'm supposed to get them off this January, but my orthodontist is OCD about his patients' teeth and will probably end up leaving them on for another year. -__-

Currently, I don't have much of an issue with them - it's the rubber bands that I hate. I'm supposed to be wearing them now, actually, but I'm not. They're painful and a pain. *sigh* I have to keep telling myself these stupid things are worth it...
 
I have braces. I also have glasses. I have a thin body build, and I like spending time on the computer and reading books. XD
This was just funny because It might make you picture me as a nerd. XD
Actually I wear lenses, there is little wrong with my body build because it looks like the others in my class, and I am actually the cutest boy in class. No, really! XD
It's just because all the other boys look like something "not so nice". all the girls get really shy when I'm near, and when I talk to them, they go all red. XD

Neither, actually.
My teeth were in good shape before I had braces the first time.
There were no gaps, nothing.
I had an overbite, and just a few teeth out of alignment. Nothing that lookd ugly when I smiled.
But they did so many unnecissary things to me, which was why it took so long.

I do not have braces, and probably won't be getting any. I don't really think that I'd want them either. They'd just make me look more dorky. I think that certain people at my school do look better with braces, and some should just not ever open their mouth again. A few of my friends have braces, and we call one of 'em (or at least I do) train tracks, in a friendly manner of course.

Spoiler: Some of your favorite movie stars has had braces when they were young (b'-')b and having braces means you'll have more purdy teeth than the rest. So if that's dorky then why are you here? :o

I'm not sure how it happened but my retainer got this weird taste and wearing them was hell ;o;
 
I need braces, and kinda badly. 80% overbite, cross bite, and I have large gaps in my front teeth. Oh, and my jaw needs widened.

The only problem with braces is their cost (at least here in the US. I'm not sure about other places). My insurance only covers $1000 and I don't have the money to pay for the rest.
 
I find braces very attractive on females, it looks alright on guys, it's actually one of my dreams to get a girlfriend with braces lolol.

Anyway, i don't really need braces, my teeth are semi-perfect except for the little gap i got in the middle. It isn't bad, but I am ashamed of it ;[ I was offered braces but i thought I'd keep it the way it is just because i couldn't imagine myself without it :P
 
i have braces, and i look good in them.
im almost sad i have to get them off at the end of the year.

there were only a few problems with having them.
1. when i first had them, i was afraid of chewing gum and hard candy.
2. if you dont take good care of your teeth, they will turn yellow. :/
3. no popcorn. D:

The elastics suck. I hate them as well, and same as you, I'm supposed to be wearing them right now, but I'm not. I really should though, since I'm getting my braces off soon and if I don't wear them that won't happen. :/

I'm not very good at following the rules. I chew gum, eat hard/chewy candy, popcorn, drink pop, etc. But I brush everyday and the orthodontist always says my brushing is amazing. :S
 
i've had braces for about a year now and i am supposed to be wearing rubberbands right now but im not, im really bad i chew great wads od gum eat hard candy and everything that the doc said im not supposed to be eating.
i've never been called any names or spited or anything, i had really bad teeth i had a HUGE over bite and my to front teeth stood way away from my other teeth so much so i could put my entire bottom lip between them and look like a beaver.
almost everyone at my school has them right now im mad because they r getting in the way for me gettin snakebite peircings on my lower lips.....
i dont think they look bad or anything (well i never cared what my teeth looked like to begin with so...)
Im on my second set of them i had them for 9 months then i had a retaner for 5 months now ive had braces for the duration i sad....
Oh my doctor has OCD as to how the patients teeth look so theyll probably stay on for an extra year....

I need and want braces, namely for my bottom teeth. I try to hide them as much as I can because I'm not very pleased with they look compared to the top. :(

I wanted braces for so long, but my father never had the money to buy me it considering he has to spend it all on so much lately. I guess that's just something I'm going to have to do on my own when I have the money to do it.
