    Ah, hi, welcome to the PC forums todaaaay, but unfortunately, this isn't the section to be asking about getting fake-mon sprites; you might have better luck in the ROM Hacking section, however! But here, we just deal with intros and welcome, teehee~

    I prefer Ho-Oh to Lugia but your avatar really makes me like Lugia more than usual... adorable. Welcome, Bruno. ^^ As someone who doesn't make hacks I can't offer much for your project but hope you'll find the many resources we have to be useful since hacking's so popular here. ;p Have fun!
     
    It's already been said, and you've gotten quite a warm welcome already, but welcome to the Pokecommunity!

    And it's nice to meet another gen 2 lover! ^^ I adore Johto, and every game that's set in it. Say, are a fan of HeartGold & SoulSilver as well?

    Like everyone said, you should definitely check out the ROM hacking forums, as there's plenty of wonderful, helpful people there who I'm sure can give you some ideas and assist with other things that might come up too :)
