Reading the "Can You Swim?" thread, I thought of another thing most people can do, but only if they learn it at some point... Simple question, simple answer.
Around the age of seven (maybe six, can't remember)... my neighbor, Jess, taught me how to ride a bike. I like bike riding, fun to do around the beach. ;D
I can, but there's not really anywhere for me to ride one, except for like up and down the street (and that's boring), so I don't get to very often.
I don't remember when exactly I learned, but I remember I just got on my friend's and started riding it around without any real practice beforehand or anything. :o
I was taught by my father when I was five or six. Probably five, since that was the age I got my first bicycle. I used to love riding around the neighbourhood on it, but nowadays I rarely use it.
I can, but I learned how to ride a two-wheeler late compared to the kids on my street. I was so terrified at the thought of learning how to ride one that I didn't take my training wheels off until I was seven. The other kids took theirs off at about ages four and/or five. XD;
It's a lot of fun, riding a bike~ I don't really own my own bike, but I sometimes use my dad's. :D
I can, just not very well as I don't ride it and I have no real desire to for some reason. Probably because it involves going out into the neighbourhood and moving away from this computer I adore so much. XD
Nope! Unless riding a bike with training wheels suddenly counts. ^___^ Every time they tried teaching me when I was little, I freaked out. I'm afraid of falling. I used to zoom around on my bike with training wheels, but then I stopped.
I'm hoping to teach myself this summer, though. \o/
I think I learned how to ride one when I was four or five, I can't remember exactly. And I was even proud about the fact that I learned how to ride one without training wheels within one or two weeks. Though now, I don't have a bicycle, nor do I even have a place to ride it. So I go roller blading sometimes.
I can't remember exactly when I learnt it, it was around when I was 7. I occasionally get the bike out once in awhile just to get to school, but I tend to work and save myself the hassle of having to ride up my hill on the way home. Otherwise I don't really use my bike much.
