In amie, you can give your pokemon a good rub and certain pokemon have it dislike spots also certain pokemon parts may cause hand cursor being frozen (e.g. when I try to rub my black-kyurem head) or certain spot are very hot (e.g. rubbing on larvesta's horn/rubbing volcarona's wing).

So which any of the pokemon you think it's hard to give a good rubbing affection too or giving no rubbing affection at all (like regice which is completely hard to touch)

To me, Cryogonal absolutely. I can't even remember a place to touch it that doesn't freeze you. Mareep also comes to mind given its head is the only safe place to touch due to the wool shocking you.

I don't remember when I last used Amie, so I can't name any Pokémon like that, but I would imagine Electric and Ice-types being the most painful to touch. ...I wonder if there are any Ghost-types you can't touch, either?

No. All ghost-type are touchable and some resulting in haunting hand when touch ghostly parts.

I agree on Slugma and Magcargo; interacting with them in Amie sort of limiting due to their body temperature and whatnot, which is unfortunate. Same with Mareep; rubbing its fur electrifies us.

Why did they give us the option for Fire-types/Ice-types/Electric-types in Pokemon Amie? In real life and apparently the game too, getting near any of them'll kill ya.

You can touch Ghost types, but the cursor turns transparent and the sound effect is different when you pet it.

I've always found Bisharp to be really difficult to pet. It's easy to touch the wrong spot and cut your hand.

I think magmar is quite difficult to touch.
