Catchphrases

    Do you have a catchphrase, or feel like there's something you say all too often? If so, what is it?

    Mine would have to be "Unfortunately." I'm apparently the harbinger of bad news.
    This thread is already depressing...
     
    Catchphrase in RL: "So...what you doing?"

    Catchphrase here: "..." I really don't know.

    Catchphrase when texting: "Interesting."
     
    "Minimum effort, maximum profit".

    "Without understanding there can be no compassion".

    They are catchphrases but also concepts which I generally follow. There are a couple of others but cannot recall them at the moment.
     
    A few years ago, I had a big reputation for saying 'yeah, sure' in a dismissive tone of voice. I didn't realise I was doing it so much until it was pointed out to me by about five people in the space of an hour. Since then, I've tried to vary up my turns of phrase, but it'll still pop up occasionally! :D
     
    "Hola". I say it every time someone greets me. EVERY time. I don't know any other Spanish itherthan that, either. I just love that word.
     
    I start a lot of my sentences with "so" and end a lot of them with "om(f)g." Or sometimes I'll start a sentence with "om(f)g" or with a combination of the two, for example, "omg so I was playing Skyrim today and..."

    I also tend to use the words "basically" and "essentially" a lot. Clearly, I have a limited vocabulary lol.
     
    "Well, that sucks."

    I say that too much. It sucks.
     
    "Yo, what up?" and "Smell ya later!" seem to have become regular phrases for me to say. As well as, "So, what's goin' on?" or "What's happening?"
     
    Some of my famous catchphrases at PC:

    "I despise WikiLeaks..."

    "I herd u liek Cute Oshawottz"

    "Oh god, it's Tyler..."

    "Please don't be He Who Must Not Be Named!"

    "Anyone who doesn't know the 10 in my name is a noob..."

    "I need to check you for suspicious items"

    "Zero is so handsome..."

    "Haters are really gonna hate"
     
    "Totally rad", definitely. And, "um, okay..." in a really submissive sounding voice cause I can't stand up for myself and just agree with whatever anyone else says.

    "What's happenin', hot stuff" when I try to flirt with someone because I do that quite a lot. (and later get rejected, lol)

    "Consider the following" is something I say a lot too. Usually before I go on a long rant about politics.
     
    I always say "Well derp" in real life, and my friends love it. I never really say it for anyone's amusment though. :x
     
    I don't have any catchphrases, but I say oh snap a lot.
     
    A catchphrase I use the most is "That is so fetch."

    No bonus points for guessing where I got it from. ;3

    Anyway, I have a habit of saying "rokay", "really now?", and I have a terrible habit of saying "but yeah" or anything with "yeah" when talking to people on MSN.
