Skitty is not tough looking...
& If I saw a Weavile, I think I'd
start running, altough it'd most likey
be fruitless.... Raikou, Entei & Suicune
all look mighty, as legendaries should.
(Out of those 3, I say Entei looks
like the most powerful 1.)
