Center an image using \f

When you hit show image , you can hit the "Center" button and it will center it for you

That's wrong information... Using the center button means center of the image, not center of the screen... Leaving X and Y positions at 0 for example will still place the image in the top left corner.

The (broken link removed) can only display images where it does. You'll need to do something else if you want to display the picture elsewhere.

Can you help me to show a picture in the center of the screen whit a windowskin background like in Pokemon Island Starter selection

It'd probably be wiser to ask the person who's done it how they did it. Or to look through the Tutorials section to see if there's any mention of starter selection displays. Don't forget the wiki's tutorials section as well.
