I took all the 4 generations together . I left the Unova region so Alder is not included

I'd say Cynthia because of her team's type diversity. I was on my toes during my battle with her.

I don't really like Alder. He just seems like a filler-type Champion with no soul. I prefer Wallace... ahhh, the good old days when Champions used to only have one type of Pokemon and not just go all "screw it, I'm gonna be everything-type." :t364:

Well, champion from our very first generation (Blue, or Red's rival) was "Everything-type"...

Anyways I picked Blue, because unlike other champions he has that snobbish aura that no other champion has, and it was really fun to kick his pokemon around every once in a while :P

Cynthia, she had a warm, yet intimidating aura surrounding her and her team was quite strong. She was a great champion.

Cynthia, for being the first female Champion and having a team of really powerful Pokemon. Particularly in Platinum, where her team was a cut above her D/P team.

Lance, simply because he's my favorite Champion. Though, I'd say Alder is a close second.

Blue. Because, unlike other Champions that I could name *cough*Cynthia/Wallace*cough, he actually did something other than just being useless.

And unlike other certain Champions *cough*Lance/Stephen*, he's leant his lesson from the other Gym Leaders and Elite 4 and diversified his team so that they aren't taken down by just one Pokemon.

Anyway I'd say Cynthia. She has a mixture of Pokemon (like Blue) but I dunno her variety of Pokemon seem stronger than Blue's.
