Choose - Your own adventure! [Hoenn]

I'll make this decision easy and say train.

Let's save the TM's for later, or maybe for money.
 
Training Session!
You decide to put off your entry into Mauville for a while to train your Pokemon. They both get a bit stronger, and Mudkip learns Water Gun once it hits Lv10. Satisfied, you set up camp for the night.

As you sit at your campfire, you watch Mudkip and Tailow. Your first day as a trainer is coming to an end, and you've managed to capture 2 Pokemon and win a Pokemon battle. Tomorrow you'll take on your first Gym. You're psyched, but will you be able to win?

You reach Mauville City, and you see a signpost:

-Win a TM, for a limited time only at the Game Corner!
-The Winstrates - now accepting challenges!
-The Pokemart. Your one stop Pokemon trainer shop.

You figure you have enough time to visit 3 places before the Gym. Where do you want to go first?

Visit Rydel's Cycles!
You decide that you want a bicycle. You head over to Rydel's Cycles and ask for a bike.
"Sure kid." says the attendant, "What price range were you looking for? 10,000 Poke Dollars?"
"Uh... I don't really have that kind of money..." you say. Looks like you won't be getting a bike after all... A man, with a nametag saying 'Rydel' comes out from behind the counter.
"Well hold on there, Bob..." says Rydel. Rydel and the sales person go into a huddle and start talking. You're not sure what they're talking about, but you pick up on key phrases like "just what we need" and "business opportunity". Eventually Rydel emerges from the huddle and comes back over to you.
"Well kid, just because I'm a real sweetheart, you can have this Mach Bike for free. The only condition is, I just want you to do a little advertising for me."

You stare proudly at your new bike. It is completely plastered in ads for Rydel's Cycles, but hey, a free bike is a free bike.
You still have time to visit two more places before the Gym. Where do you want to go next?

May I remind everyone we would need the Coin Case to play at the Game Corner, which we will need t oexchange Hrbor Mail for. >_>

And we aren't going all the way to Slateport to get it.

So I say we go to the Poke Mart.

You decide to relax and head over to the city's Game Corner, to check out the TM promotion.
"Hey kid! You wanna gamb... uh, game, here at the Game Corner?"
"Sure."
And you so you game. And win. And game. And win. Eventually you realise, you're one coin short of winning a TM, and you decide to do one last roulette game. You can chose a Pokemon to bet on. However, you realise you can't stick around for too long, if you wanna take on the gym today, so if you lose these game you're probably not gonna have time to win more coins. Which Pokemon do you want to bet on?

I choose Marill
Ah, I remember when I first bought Pokemon Emerald. I caught Marill since it could be found just outside PetalBurg, and a Water-type would be useful for the gym. She soon went on to being one of my most used Pokemon. That is why I choose Marill!
