Christmas

When darkness falls, and there seems to be no hope left...I roam the dark streets, shadows everywhere! I walk through the cursed streets, and see a couple of lights on....and suddenly! *Wham!!!* The street lights up as if somebody brought a cigarette into a fireworks factory!!! The lights twinkling in my eyes! They give me the fuzles!

 I walk home...away from the blinding lights of heaven....into my dark house...sit down in my chair, and read a book....in the window is a small candle shedding light onto the pages of aforementioned book...It gives me a cozy feeling inside...even the air feels better....and then....

I go to check what time it is....It's only 5 Pm! I can be up for a whole while longer!! I play chess with my brother...hang up some decorations...eat an orange...Watch Christmas specials....

Tings that get me in the Christmas spirit! XD

Hehe, not only am I in the Christmas spirit, there's a jug of nogg in the fridge! We're all trying to keep from drinking too much of it because we don't want to get sick of it before the holidays come around.

*thinks about sneaking a bit, no one's home.....*

Nah. Maybe on the day after Thanksgiving. :D 'Course, that'll be the day I'll be helping put Christmas lights up, probably, so nogg might not do too well on my stomach while working hard.

I say don't get started until the first of December, at the latest. a month-and-a-half for one holiday is too much for me.

ffffffffffff! We start right after Thanksgiving! Except for my dad >_< He's the unofficial Scrooge/Grinch around here :P He loves Christmas, but he's the one that hangs most of the outside lights, not to mention having to pay for them.....sooooooo he'll be a little testy on Friday:

Dad: Why do we have to buy new Christmas lights? Aren't the ones from last year fine?
Mom: .......You know they don't hold up that long. Look at them! *plugs them in, and half don't work* See?
Dad: *sigh* But.....they cost like....$200 worth every year......
Mom: Well.....you're certainly not going to hang those, are you?
Dad: .......Well maybe if we--
Mom and I in unison: NO!

Ahh..... the sound of Christmas!

The thought that Christmas is by far my most profitable holiday. The money that I spend is a pittance compared to the amount that I accrue come Christmas day. And for a money-hungry, number-crunching person like me, it makes me excited.

Oh, and Christmas lights are very pretty too. The snow... not so much. Makes for horrible driving conditions.
 
Christmas Carols never fail to get me in the holiday spirit. Just hearing the light, bubbly tunes immediately gets me in the festive mood n3n.

So much stuff. I love when the radio stations start to play Christmas carols, when my Nannie gets her Christmas stuff out (she has sooo much stuff that it just makes me happy when she starts to get it out), when my mom starts asking for Christmas lists, the really old Christmas movies (like Rudolph, Santa Claus is Coming to Town, Frosty, and stuff), Christmas lights getting put up on houses around the neighbourhood. *sigh* I can't wait for Christmas.

Not seen it yet so I ignore anything to do with the festive holiday. :D
 
I personally love walking around in those cold, dark winters nights, listening to Christmas music, and looking at Christmas lights. Doing all three is even better :3

Hahaha that is coooorrrecct! I love the promo Coke:C This is the only time of the year I will drink soda, and it is for those damn delicous Cokes! I'm sure they don't taste any different than any other bottled Coke... But bottled Coke is delish in general:p

Sledding. And I'm talking brutal, high flying, WD-40 slick, face to snow, frostbite laden sledding:p After that, I am all go for the holidays:D
 
It all comes down to snow. I love snow!<3 The day it snows here (which will probably be soon.) I will be in full Christmas spirit.

Cool weather and Christmas specials get me in the holiday spirit, I can't wait for ABC Family's annual 25 Days of Christmas.
 
Two things get me in the Christmas Spirit.

1: Christmas trees. Come on, that's kind of a given, as putting up trees means that it is coming.

2: Playing through Frosty Forest/Mt. Freeze in PMD1. I don't get it, but it actually does it. Granted, I play through it once a year in December, but still. It gets me in the Christmas mood.
 
Well, I'm not n the spirit unless its december. Candy Canes! Loads of em! Snow, Decorations and the christmas specials!! This year, halloween sucked for me cuz I was sick and the only special they played was beetlejuice about 10-20 times. I honestly could live without the gifts but I want the tree in there.

Actually I ripped my shirt off while posting that *stealing that monumentous line in the process;)*JK! I'm not that excited yet, gawd!

I love Egg Nog 2. Majority of my family and friends hate it... Wtf, seriously?
