    In your opinion, what's the worst part of a cold/flu? (Headache, throwing up, sore throat etc.)

    For me, the worst part has to be the sore throat. It's always one of the worst feelings, and you can't touch it, or really do anything to make it feel better. Stomach flu really isn't that bad for me, because I have such a strong stomach. I can pretty much always hold it in... and I never really seem to get headaches to begin with.

    Headache. I can handle everything else but the headache.

    I don't get the flu often (I got it for the first time in many years just last month) but colds? I get them all the time. My least favourite part of them is easily that first day when they start taking hold and you just get so tired and exhausted that you can't think at all... but even if you try to sleep, your nose is starting to get all stuffed up, you have a headache, there's pressure behind your eyes, and you just feel like you wanna die 'cause you can't sleep. :(

    I just had the flu, the worst part is the headache and the coughing. Coughing feels like your going to cough up a lung.

    I just had a flu several weeks ago, and headache was the most painful. I can't even walk, or move around my bed properly. >.<

    The headaches. They are the bane of my existence and i never want to have one in my entire life ever again. At least I have days off school, so It all seems to balance out, but the worst case scenario is going to school with a awful headache.

    The headache is the worst part, definitely. Whenever I'm sick (even with a cold or seasonal allergies), my head feels like it's really heavy and I have problems getting up. It's such an awful feeling. I was just sick with a cold a few weeks ago and I was just lying in bed for two days, unable to move because of this horrible headache I had, not to mention every muscle in my body was aching like hell.

    The runny/stuffy nose is awful, too, because I'm always blowing my nose and washing my hands. It just feels so gross, not to mention it can last for a while after actually getting over the cold.

    Being sick just isn't any fun, period. :(

    GOD YES. I hate headaches to the end of the world. (And to think last year I had them commonly) %( bleh. Even staying home with a headache is bad.

    Wow, I can't remember the last I had the flu.Plus, I don't trust needles, so I will never get a flu shot. As for colds, I get them and the worst part is the sore throat, especially when there is phlegm. That is the worst thing ever.

    The stuffy/runny nose, the headaches and waking up at random times during the night are the worst parts for me. I haven't had a cold or a flu in a while, but I just hate getting sick and stuff. They're generally bad experiences for me. ;;

    I've had many different flus, and as always, a different part was way more intense.

    One time, I was in so much stomach pain that I just sat on the floor writhing in pain for hours and hours. There was nothing I could do, and the more I moved, the worse it got. I've had headaches similar to that, as well. But with the headaches, I have no mental clarity what-so-ever, and it feels like my brain is going to explode if I don't stop using it... and I'm constantly using it.... so yeah, you get meh drift D:.

    The last flu I've had, the worst thing was throwing up. The dry heaves specifically. I would just wretch and wretch, but nothing would come up. Each time it felt like my insides were going to come up with it. Then, if that wasn't enough, I couldn't lie down. I was tired. I had been up for over a whole day, and I couldn't sleep. Everytime I laid down, I had to throw up again. Basically the only rest I could was kneeling/bending-over on my bed. I wanted to DIE.

    I can deal with the sore throat, and I can take pain medicine for the headache. The worst part for me is when your nose gets stopped up and runs at the same time. It's absolutely miserable, you can't sleep like it, and there's no real way to do anything about it.

    For me, everything about the flu or cold is tolerable except the stuffed nose, and the whole feeling like your head is cloudy and dazed. I had the flu a couple weeks ago, and the worst part was sitting there feeling lie "Ahhh...uhhh...meh...." and generally feeling out of it. >__< It also doesn't help that when you feel like that, you tend not to feel like doing any of the things that would really distract you from it. >__>

    The worst part of a flu or a cold is being stopped up and the headach.

    The annoying cough that keeps you up all night. I sort of have a perpetual cold throughout the winter, luckily it doesn't get to the point where I lose sleep that often.
