Update

Finished the first gym with my Shuckle run. I was oddly surprised that Brock does not use Rock Tomb until I was 10-15% of my life left, which was nice. It was a slow process though, due to having only two normal type moves against rock type pokemon; Wrap and Constrict. All in all, one part of my worries is done, since Shuckle is weak to rock. Misty is who I am really worried about, her and her Starmie :3

Massively awesome and thanks for the info! I'll post Tron's final stats once I'm able to get a hold of my tablet again. Otherwise I'll get started on my white challenge. :)

I like to beat Steven in my Emerald Solo's because if you fight all trainers you can finish the game around level 80, which is a good level to battle Steven :0

Back after a long hiatus of sorts. Would still like to complete this challenge though. :)

Quick question though, in Emerald, do I have to beat Steven to complete the game? As it stands Tron is a level 87 or so (can't check right now) and he's demolishing me with Earthquake every time I try. I seem to have misplaced my Macho Brace so there's no surviving the OHKO's that happen either.

I can usually beat his first two Pokemon, Metagross usually destroys me but I got lucky and beat him last time I tried. After that, the Aggron got me. If I do have to beat him, any tips on how not to let the electric type get destroyed?

If it can learn Brick break use that, You can get it in Sootopolis city.

Also use X items to your advantage, I like to stock up on 6 of each and use them all when he sends out his skarmory.

Was a pretty easy battle even with the type disadvantage. :)

Proof isn't really needed, but it is recommended. I don't see a reason for you to lie about completing the challenge, especially after completing so many and proved that you did it, so I'll just take your word for it. :)

Quick Update.

Got the second badge for my Shuckle run. It took me a few days of grinding and a few times (maybe about 50ish) for the RNG to be in my favor with crits and status effects. But man, it was such a pain. I'd get Misty's Starmie down, then she's heal with a Super Potion. I'd get it low again, and she uses constant Recovers, then kills me with a crit >.> I was quite mad, but was finally able to beat her (Take that!).

Now, I am clearing all the trainers east of Vermilion City, and just getting ready to get on the S.S. Anne.
