My starter was Slowpoke, it had great moves at first. Viridian Forrest was hard for me to get through as it was lvling very slowly, but at lvl 13 i got Water Gun and Brock was beaten with ease https://prntscr.com/an6nyr
After that, all was easy, beaten rival and Mysty, caught Meowth as a HM (CUT) slave, and went to battle with LT. Surge. It was meant to be hard, as i picked water pokemon, but while i was at S S Anne my Slowpoke lvled to 29 and it learnt Headbutt and it was my main move to beat Surge. https://prntscr.com/an77d9
Right now, i'm at Celadon city and my Slowpoke evolved into Slowbro.
Everything else was easy, my Slowbro headbutt is awesome :D
Only Elite Four that was hard to beat is Agatha, her Haunter was hitting every Hypnosis, not mising one but at the end it was done. https://prntscr.com/anev3y
It's been a while since my last update, but here's another! In HeartGold, I just beat Champion Lance:
Treecko Lv. 78
Jolly, Quick tempered
@Shell Bell
180/108/78/124/104/156
Energy Ball | Secret Power | Hidden Power (rock) | Drain Punch
Total times fainted: 20
Details:
Spoiler:
This update consists entirely of the Elite Four/Champion, which was quite the hurdle. Treecko came in at level 67 or 68 and finally triumphed at 78, fainting 11 times along the way (3 from Will, 4 from Koga, 1 from Bruno, 2 from Karen, and 1 from Lance). Confusion and/or crits were responsible for 10 of those KOs (the other one was due to poison). I never noticed how many of them have moves that induce confusion! So many trips to the department store to replenish our stock of X items, but at least we were eventually able to beat Will without using them.
Even though that wall took a while to climb, I'm gonna be crazy and continue on until we beat Red. It'll be fun!
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
And over on the Platinum side, things went much more smoothly. We've gotten 7 badges and got through the Distortion World, but the electric-type gym is next...
Buizel Lv. 81
Docile, Mischievous
@Shell Bell
206/131/94/149/56/196
Surf | Return | Ice Beam | Brick Break
Total times fainted: 4
Details:
Spoiler:
Things went really well up to this point; Buizel didn't faint at all this time. It was fun clearing the field with Surf in double battles with Riley or anyone. Candice's abomasnow scared me when it didn't go down in one Brick Break, but it opted to use Avalanche instead of something dangerous like Wood Hammer. Cyrus's gyarados probably gave us the biggest problem with its crit Earthquake and it taking 3 hits to go down.
So next is Sunyshore. Volkner worries me a bit, but I do have 16 Rare Candies. Once Buizel hits level 84, you bet I'll be boosting him to 100! >:D

I've completed HeartGold (postgame with Red) with Treecko, woo!
Treecko Lv. 100
Jolly, Quick tempered
@Bright Powder
228/138/99/158/132/199
Energy Ball | Secret Power | Hidden Power (rock) | Drain Punch
Total times fainted: 29

Spoiler:
We went through all the Kanto gyms and beat Red! I don't think the gyms were that bad, really. Sabrina and Blaine were pretty scary, Erika was annoying with her bellossom constantly healing more than we could hurt it. And unfortunately for Brock, Treecko hit level 100 right before we reached him. Of the gym leaders, only Blue caused problems. Treecko couldn't OHKO his arcanine, so he got exploded with Flare Blitz. Twice.
I actually thought that Red wouldn't be much of a problem, because I knew he led with Pikachu. I underestimated its level, but a level 100 treecko should still have the advantage over a level 88 pikachu, so it would be the ideal time to setup with X items. Man how wrong I was! Immediately (well, after using an X Defend), Treecko was OHKO'd by a crit Iron Tail! We climbed Mt. Silver again only for the exact same thing to happen. Hax! The next time, I learned that Iron Tail did around 180 damage normally and that he could snipe us with Quick Attack (also, Volt Tackle did about 160 damage). Turns out, it has a Light Ball. How could we hope to fight this monster and then the other five? Bright Powder was the answer. With some luck, we finally triumphed over Red's team on the eighth try. Of those seven failed attempts, Treecko was KO'd by Pikachu five times (four were crit Iron Tails), Lapras once (probably should've healed rather than try to OHKO the bulky mon), and Charizard once (again, the recurring theme of Hidden Power failing to OHKO). On the winning run, Venusaur was super frightening. If Sludge Bomb crit, it would've been over. After each successful Sludge Bomb, I had to keep healing out of fear a second one would poison and KO.
Next time, we're off to Platinum!
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Speaking of Platinum, Buizel's also finished a run!
Volkner was a pushover. I gave Buizel a Mystic Water and he proceeded to OHKO his entire team with Surf. Two trainers later, he grew to level 84; with my 16 Rare Candies, it became 100.
The Pokémon League provided a challenge in the form of Lucian's gallade, which OHKO'd Buizel with a crit Leaf Blade. The second time, it didn't get a crit, so that was it. Haha, not interesting! Cynthia wasn't a problem either. I believe only Spiritomb did damage, and that was because I was setting up. Milotic only spammed Mirror Coat. I don't think I've ever noticed that half her team was weak to ice.
So next destination is Aspertia City! I'm pretty excited about that since B2/W2 are my favorite main series games. I'll be doing that in Challenge Mode, 'cause it's fun.
Hey everyone just thought I would let you all know I plan to update the OP sometime around the time it hits post 3150 :)
On a side note I decided to play on my hardcopy of platinum for my Ampharos solo, as well as my hardcopy of white, since ds emulators run rather slow on my laptop. I started platinum already and will post when I've made sufficient progress :)
I've started the next games in my ultimate solos. In Platinum, we've gotten two badges so far:
Treecko Lv. 32
Relaxed, Mischievous
@Quick Claw
72/42/40/58/44/51
Return | Rock Tomb | Mega Drain | Screech
Total times fainted: 1

Spoiler:
Not a bad start! I think Roark was all OHKOs, with Absorb getting a crit on his cranidos. The battle with Mars's purugly was a pretty good one. With I think two Screeches and some item usage, Treecko finished that battle with like 4 HP. Gardenia wasn't a problem either, thanks to a held cheri berry. But then came Jupiter and her dreaded skuntank. Treecko fell to a crit Night Slash, but we won in a rematch (I think a pecha berry played a part in dispelling her zubat's Toxic).
Because I'm me, Wayward Cave is next.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Over on the White 2 (Challenge Mode) side, we also have two badges:
Buizel Lv. 22
Jolly, Often lost in thought
@Silk Scarf
61/39/23/34/23/52
Return | Water Gun | Swift | Pursuit
Total times fainted: 2

Spoiler:
Tough gym battles! Buizel actually lost twice to Cheren's lillipup, thanks to Work Up, a crit, and her Sonic Boom missing at the worst times. On the third time, Sonic Boom never missed, so I guess that 90% accuracy kinda screwed us over the first two times. Roxie was a really good battle! I think a held pecha berry helped here, and the final turns were really suspenseful. Her whirlipede was in the midst of a Rollout, which brought us down to 1 HP. Healing items wouldn't have helped, so our final attack was pretty much all-or-nothing. I think that attack was Return, and I wasn't sure it would be enough. I was also afraid of Poison Point activating (I think a draw doesn't give you the badge?), but we prevailed. After that, we did all the available films at the studios (collecting tons of good healing items and other stuff), and Buizel earned her strange movie star from "The Giant Woman 1."
Next, we'll be exploring the bustling Castelia City.
IDK how I'll manage this with my obnoxious work schedule, but...

Partner Pokemon: Vulpix (I haven't decided whether I'll evolve it or not)
Challenge: Single
Game(s): SoulSilver
Edit: I'm gonna have to break the rules here and play SS normally with a team of multiple Pokemon up until post 3rd badge. I'm playing on a cart without a Pokewalker and have no way of editing my starters or trading for a Vulpix. I tried solo-running with Totodile up to the 3rd gym and Whitney beat me completely broke even with my starter at level 26. I've since restarted and will box all Pokemon acquired once I have a Vulpix on hand.
Wow, been a few months since I updated this. However I have made quite a bit of progress on the Seaking Solo. Out of the 4 remaining Gym Leaders left Sabrina gave me the most trouble just because of Alakazam. I have beaten all the Gym Leaders and defeated Blue on Route 23. So all that is left for Neptune is Victory Road and the Pokemon League.
I hope to be at least level 60 by the time I'm done with Victory Road. Only Bruno's Hitmonchan and Blue's Venasaur have a super effective move against Neptune so I should be fine.
Seaking Solo done! Victory Road didn't take that long to do. It had been a while since I did explored that place so I had to take a bit to remember it.
Spoiler:
As for the E4 + Blue. Loreali gave me the most problems because I had to use Take Down on everything but Jynx. Cloyster having the massive defense stat made things worse. It was not fun. I actually ran out of Take Downs, but because I and a Max Either and an Elixir I was going to be fine for taking care of the two Gyarados I still had left to fight.
Funny glitch happened when I fought Blue. Goldeen took the place of Squirtle so the rival started with Bulbasaur. I was expecting Arcanine and Venasaur, what I got was Exeggutor and Charizard. Even funnier, the Charizard has Venasaur's moveset. I suspect that Exeggutor would have had Arcanine's moveset, but I got a freeze on Ice Beam so I'll never know.

Well I got through Misty and Surge ok enough. Getting a normal type attack before Misty really helped since that meant I was going on the bigger attack stat.

I'm getting Pokemon Sun, so here is my new sign up!

Hey guys, first update on my Ursaring ultimate run and well, I beat FireRed haha. was a lot easier than I thought it was going to be if I'm honest. Next up is SoulSilver and the Johto region :)
Completed solo Gourgeist on X!
I got this shiny almost right after I obtained Shiny Charm. I started breeding Pumpkaboo "because why not" and it came in the 2nd egg {XD}. About the solo itself... it was pretty easy. Basically only Lysandre gave me some trouble.

Woo-hoo another bulk update time! I was pretty sick recently so I had loads of time for doing these :D These were fun too!
1) I finished Espeon on Emerald- It wasn't too bad except for the fact that espeon's movepool is so painfully limited it's not even funny :( BUT I made it nevertheless.
Now for Crystal- I had most of these halfway done so I just had to finish them up :D
1)Crobat- This one was fairly easy even though she only evolved at around level 40 if I remember correctly - But golbat is still pretty bulky so she could still take hits before she finally evolved.
2)Sandslash - it was easy after I got earthquake but before that she was stuck with mud slap - and I actually had problems with Jasmine's steelix and with Morty too! Especially his gengar- his gengar was a pain to take down and I actually had to switch in a lot of other random mons just to get him to run out of hypnosis :/
Spoiler:
Final stats:
Sandra|Female|Lvl 7
Slash
Strength
Earthquake
Iron Tail
3)Flareon - Forgot about the limited movepool that eeveelutions have again - Took me ages to come up with a decent moveset for him D:
Spoiler:
Final stats:
Blaze|Male|Lvl 77|@Amulet Coin
Iron Tail
Headbutt
Shadow Ball
Flamethrower
4)Clefable- I decided to start with Cleffa to make the challenge harder - and boy was it harder - Cleffa was cleffa until level 45 when he finally evolved into clefairy- and cleffa has an annoyingly limited movepool too - so before he evolved I had to grind like insane- I had to get him up to level 45 so he could evolve before Jasmine! Took me ages but it was worth it :D
Spoiler:
Final stats:
Geo|Male|Lvl 82|@Amulet Coin
Iron Tail
Psychic
Shadow Ball
Strength
my Eevee solo run update
Got 8 badges
Defeated Elite 4 & Champion Rival Al
Eevee
lvl 81
Moves: Double-Edge, Shadow Ball, Toxic & Secret Power
next the Legendary Pokemon, Celebi
Infernape
Only Cynthia gave a real trouble as I had to heal after every attack from Garchomp, so I kinda PP stalled until he ran out of EQ PP.

Already completed back in August or something (I've been stalking this section in particular for a while). Didn't use any revives if my partner died while the HM slaves were out, since I thought that was dumb.
