I started to eat more veggies. My favorites are broccoli, carrots, peas, asparagus, lettuce, spinach(leafy kind), tomatoes, potatoes, cauliflower, red cabbage, celery, peppers, etc...
I love to eat salad. Especially if it has some grilled chicken on it. With fat free dressing.
Yep, going to the healthy road this time. No more junk food! I ate too much junk food all my life...and it was showing. I can't do it anymore. When I was a kid, I hated all vegetables. Since now I am a lot older, I really like them.
