My most recent thread will at least add lol'z to some of the posts and will get people talking.
 
I need to get Alinthea's MSN.
 
We did applications on PC once. Only once but surprisingly? We got some of our best mods from it back then. At least two of them made it to S-Mod (and one to Praetor/AA? I forget now!) and a lot of them lasted a long time with no issues. I look back on it and I'm SO surprised. I think we only hired one dud from the whole group of them. XD;

Yeah, I have to admit some of the mods atm are iffy to me. Most people who listen to my complaining know this xD
 
I'm friends with a few mods, but meh. They're all a lot different on MSN than PC.

I can't see it working that well again. Remember - it's a bigger forum now, so there's a bigger chance of getting spammed. Plus, it sort of kills the "I asked to be a mod" emblem. xD
It's really not my place to suggest it, but you could always trial it for a week.

Given that's it's sort of a job, it actually makes sense that you should have to apply for it. You only get people that actually really want to do the job, and not just people that get given it. I realise that they can turn it down, but hopefully you see what I mean.
