So what are you guys up to?
 
Right I am going to get ready to workout. I am going to go Water Jogging and then probably take another aerobic class. And then I have to be back here before 10pm. Because I have to go back to work the next morning. I am glad I get off early though.
 
Aha. I don't ever exercise.
To be fair, I'm 7 stone 7 and 5'4", and 14. I'm not exactly fat.

But that isn't an excuse to not exercise I guess. *Does some sit-ups or something*

^ See you are still young. I am getting old so I have to start getting in shape.

Yeah I need to workout. Before I was 245 pounds and I am short(5'1"). All that extra weight I was carrying wasn't good at all. I started to get sick and all my joints started to hurt big time. And of course my parents got concerned. So I joined a weight loss program and I been eating healthy and exercising. And I am down to 169. I lost about 76 pounds in 9 months. And I do feel better. My joints don't hurt and I can actually wear any shoe, and stand for eight hours without discomfort. It is a great feeling. And I don't have to worry about heat disease and diabetes. I stopped eating all the junk food and eat everything healthy. And I try to exercise at least 3-5 times a week. I have to...I still want to lose 24 more pounds. I want to lose 100 pounds. And I am getting closer. :3 I can't wait til I make goal.
 
Jeez Lucy, you're just inspiring. XD; Keep it up.

As for me, I gained eight pounds over the summer, it's about time I got some weight on me. XD
 
Good for you, Ryan. I know you been trying to gain some weight. Yeah we got to have some fat in us. That is how our organs are protected.

I will! I am going to keep going! Nothing is stopping me now. I sacrificed everything to get healthy. And I am glad I am doing it. I got the will and the determination! I don't want to be fat anymore. I am done with that.
 
I've been trying to lose weight too with a friend of mine. Seems to be working, as people have commented on it. I want to at least go to my goal weight in about a years time. :x Doesn't seem to hard though if I stick to my plan. Then when I go to America, I won't feel so self confident. XD;
 
Hey, people. I'm just checking in here real quick before I had back to Tokyo. (not really XD)

Anyway, I noticed that PC switched Time Formats. Meaning it's not on Army time, instead of A.M./P.M.

I hate going by Army time.
 
DAMN IT. I wanted to see the army time change :(
 
I've no idea how much I weigh. I do know I weigh a little over the minimum for giving blood though, which is 7st 12 (about 110lb). I only found this out from the fact that I sometimes feel faint afterwards. xD; And my height is about 5'07" or 08".

I'm kind of tall for a girl, but also quite small in other respects. =/

I want to start exercising more though, because I don't, and there are parts of my physique that need toning up.
 
I weigh 60-70 kg, it is good in terms of BMI of my height which is between 160 and 170 cm. (lulwut 60 70 160 170)

I go to the gym mainly for exercise as I get back pain if i dont go for two or more weeks.
