Alright guys, it's time to make this place the envy of the whole forum. There are a few members saying that seeing this place isn't worth the money. We've gotta prove them wrong.
 
not to be 'Jonny Raincloud' here, but how exactly are we going to do that.
have a private chat thread with the staff?
add cool thing in here that only Rank 3/4/5 can get (besides 1000 pmBox limit and PCemail)?
a purple or gold usertitle or something?
A style suggestion/submission thread? (where you can suggest a new style and/or contribut art for one)
 
Actually, I kind of like the idea of a style suggestion thread. I've felt like making a new theme for a while but... I have no idea what to work with. XD;
 
I mainly suggested that cuz I actually have a couple Ideas for variations upon current themes and maybe a couple new ones.
 
How about a chat room for people who paid £15 or more? Like the one for everyone but just for donaters.
 
That'd be a good idea. That and maybe make some themes only accessible via a thread in here. Now that'd be something that would turn member's heads xD
And maybe we could have a subforum here for stuff like what goes on in FTiP and Other Trivia except a bit more relaxed. Maybe even a CS only Polls section. The possibilities are limitless.

And to those who say it aint worth it you can tell them that if they'd actually get off their lazy bums and donate then they can help us make this place the envy of the entire forum. It's not like we're magicians who can do that on our own.

Another wild idea that I had is giving CSs some more control over their own threads. Like the ability to close our own threads? That would definitely turn heads.
Even if that ability only applies in here it'd be awesome.
 
ok so scrap the idea of being able to close our own threads, but what about this idea?
perhaps disabling the automatic thread name change cut-off time to allow us to change the name of a thread we create whenever or allowing us to change/remove polls we add to them.
(even if its only within this subforum it'd still be nice)

Being able to change the name and editing polls would be an awesome idea. I can understand the problems with closing a thread though. But you should consider that most people that choose to donate are responsible enough to know when this is appropriate.
 
I can name several people who've donated who I wouldn't trust with even the most basic of mod powers. ;D No one here and I won't name names, but yeah. Just because someone can donate money doesn't mean they're at all responsible. XD;

I think that'd be a bit much, then there would be lots of people donating just so they could have mod-like powers :x Maybe something like, taking the 60 second time-limit off of sending multiple reports and sending PM's.

It would only be their own Threads, but that PM thing sounds great!

EDIT: I can't help but feel like we're asking for too much I guess we already get lots of benefits.

Yeah true, sorry I had a dumb moment at the time. I will try and figure more ideas.

The only idea I had in mind last night was the 60 second time in the PMs but someone already mentioned it.

Which is what I thought. We already have a lot, a forum, colored names, increased PM boxes, level 5 supporters have PC email addresses...

That's more than enough benefits for me, and it's been bringing in more supporters anyway. giving us modly powers would bring more people in(obviously), but it could also cause problems(people abusing it, and getting it taken away because it's being abused).

I'm perfectly fine with what we have now, if we get more, great (b' ')b
But I'm not gonna be the one to ask for it~
 
I think you can only change the wait time for the entire board, which wouldn't be good. Staff don't have the limit in their own forums (or for PMs? I dunno) but... we can't exactly do that either. :\
 
Well, I was thinking of allowing CSs to use the read recipt system. I miss the old dyas of being able to see if someone even opened my PMs. Especially useful when you have very inactive friends and you wanna see if they've been on to read their PMs yet.

I love that idea! I hate having to look at a users profile page to see if they're reading PMs or not
 
Since all these thing were added I can now no longer see when I changed my name last. It was showing up before from when I changed it from Imari to Baka Tenshi.
 
I hated that receipt thing. It was so annoying when it asked me every single time whether I wanted one. DD8

@Angela: That has nothing to do with the CS system. Our name change plugin broke and we lost all old data from it before it started working again. So any name changes you had under the new system aren't recorded anymore.
