He was apparently a hacker from a few years ago. You can get to their profile from anyone's post. Just search for Todoroki's posts, then you can learn more.

You can also get there by just clicking on a user's name and selecting the Find Posts option, roki~...
 
welcome to April Fools Day! the fun is trying to see who's Who and figure it out, though you do have a better chance of figuring out who's posting in here due to the exclusivity of being supporter/staff only.
