That is what will kill me. I rather have homework and such to keep my grade stable in case I don't do as well as I expect on a test. :/
 
We get "homework points" but it counts for such a low percentage of the overall grade that it's clear it's only graded to "force" us to do it.

And our exams are more a test in memorization skills than anything else :/ Which means I don't do that well on them...

I'm going to major in the medical field (MD) so I'll probably need to memorize a lot D:

Why would you even bother with an Associates? XD Just go straight for your undergraduate degree at a university and skip the grunt work.

...can you even get an Associates in Psychology? I know you almost have to have a Masters or higher in the subject to use it for career purposes.

Oh, and I'm going for a medical degree as well. Although, I'm not quite shooting for the same level as you folks. Mhmm, Larry's just fine with his four-year Nursing degree.
 
While Donny's just fine with his Associates in Computer Network Administration, when he gets it this Spring. :D

4-year schools were insanely expensive, which is why I went to a two-year I could commute to instead of being stuck in a dorm room that costs a lot more than it should.

It's certs and aptitude that people look for anyways in IT-related stuff.

Aaand... I had my last English exam a little under a year ago. Exams in high school sucked, I much prefer uni ones (even though technically I've only had one uni exam, but I have three next month and can't wait).

I don't have huge problem with exams, it's just the English ones. Having to do 4 essays, a short story and a comprehension task across two 2-hour exams... Not keen on that.
 
My graduate school level uni exams suck, because they're based on memorizing entirely too much and not based on what we would actually be doing in the workplace.
 
Yeah, highschool exams are the worst. I did like my German exams because they weren't multiple guess like all my other ones. I've always hated multiple choice
 
What I hate (in college) is when you only have two exams, and each counts for 30-40% of your total grade. Which means if you bomb one, you're pretty much sunk.

Er... but no matter how many degrees you have, you're still doing the same amount of schooling. You can't skip your undergrad degree, because that determines if you get into a graduate program. Getting into Graduate school is incredibly difficult, and medical school is next to impossible. But, if you work REALLY, REALLY hard... like, no joke, you won't have a life for a few years... you'll get in, and you'll do just fine. :D

But yeah, starting out in a community college will probably make the transition a lot easier. Just watch out, sometimes your credits won't transfer over correctly, and it'll end up taking even longer to get your Bachelors degree. :x

Oh, university, you seem so difficult from the outside. .___.

Yeah, that happened to me ;__; I was so stressed because I lost a fair few credits but eventually after fighting with the school (like nearly 2 years), I got them back

My cousin lost her credits and she was so ticked, but she got them back after arguing for like a year. Credits are more important than I though :x
