I do know of the existence of two of my three favourite foods.

No fat, low sugar yogurt.

And what's the third then lol? Cauliflower?
 
The only healthy things I really like are fruits, haha. I have a grapefruit every morning with breakfast.

Although I have to put a bunch of sugar on it to make it palatable soooo that kinda defeats the purpose. >__>

No, it is All Bran.

Broccoli and low fat no sugar yoghurt are your favourite foods?? How many different things have you eaten in your life to have those as your favourite lol. What about meals? Those are just side dishes and snacks.
Either steamed vegetables or porridge with extra bran.

I hate excess salt and sugar.
 
Health food makes me cry. I'll stick to my fast food diet, thanks :) Nothing quite like a juicy grilled burger and a side of salty fries xD

Haha, I used to be like that, but you just begin to feel like rubbish after a while. Even if you don't get fat, you do feel the difference with what you eat.

For example. If you go to KFC and get a burger and chips, wash it down with a coke and it tastes good during it, but very soon afterwards, you begin to feel the 'food hangover'. On the other hand, if you were to have a chicken caesar wrap and wash it down with a bottle of water, it might not taste as great, but 10 mins later you feel a lot better for it. This is just the short term. The long term effects are more obvious.

They make a 'smoothie' juice that's even better. Mix the 'Peach, Pear and Mango' one with some Tonic Water for an awesome drink. If you feel like it, add some Gin, lol.
 
Hey, if grease and fat ever became healthy, I think I would be in heaven :) I'd probably be one of the healthiest people out there xD

Then again, that's pretty much what I eat now and I don't really have any serious health problems.
 
^ That used to be me, especially when I was doing my degree cause I was living in a city back then. I was overweight and the city air did no favours for me. I used to have asthma as a kid and it's slowly crept back on me so at times I found it difficult to take in full breaths of air. I had a healthy life style but even so.

Anyway don't worry, I'll invent some magic pill which converts all the crap in fast foods etc into the good stuff for the body lol

You get on that, because I am trying to eat healthy, and that means having carrots with dinner tonight and I hate carrots. >:

I ate some good veggie soup. It had green beans, carrots, corn, broccoli, and uhh... potatoes. :D It's good, actually xD

I sometime wish fast food would be healthy. And I wish I were be eating it once a week. Like yesterday I ate pizza with my niece. Wish I'd be doing that oh so often, but I can't. I'm trying to meet my resolution for this year, and I was doing SO WELL until I ordered pizza. xD
 
Not eating Taco Bell is my New Year's resolution, and I've stuck with it so far. So I guess it fits in with eating healthy seeing as 85% of my fast food consumption is Taco Bell. I'm going into Taco Bell deprivation. *curls into a ball and rocks back and forth*

I am having a different issue, health wise. Most of the time I just ate stuff like leftover pizza and whatnot by itself, so now I am adding fruits or vegetables into my meals...even ones I despise, like carrots. Bleh. >__< Dinner last night was difficult lol.
