I find The Big Bang Theory really quite funny, but the same thing that happened to Two and a Half Men is happening to it, it is constantly being shown on television multiple times a night.
 
The comedy value of 2 and a half men has died for me; the new season is painfully dull in my opinion. But maybe it is because it isn't the same as when Charlie Sheen was there.​

Ashton Kutcher is the rich crazy guy now.

I watched half of one episode and couldn't anymore. I love sitcoms too. D;
 
From what I heard though they tried to make him INTO Sheen which means they took a character personalized into Sheen and then made a new identical character with a different actor. Which is in general not a great idea.

Never a good iea to change the cast of a popular TV Series/Movie Series... except when it's for the better.

Ha-ha, I get the confusion. I meant that changing the characters is only good when they do it to improve the series/movie series, instead of having to cause one of the main cast left. Even then, the newer character might be better.

Depends on whether they were forced to make the change, or if they did it willingly to better the series.

I just re-read my previous post, I don't even know how I said that 0__0 Lolol :p
