Vaporeon7 is now 40 kg? Just 40 kg?

Don't tell anyone else that I'm over twice his weight :P

That is revolting. How do you even look yourself in the mirror? Don't make me fly over there and force feed fast food to you until your body inflates like a hot air balloon, able to withstand even the most fierce of winds. Don't even think I'm kidding around either because I am crazy enough to do it. I flew over to the Netherlands to confess my feelings to Yoshiko a month or so ago. I even have family in Australia so flying there is easier for me in terms of survival. Don't make me hunt you down, cause I will find you. One way or another.

To be honest, I'm sure that fatty, greasy food isn't the sort of bulk that people need. I'm not denying that it's way too light, but there's little pointing gaining weight if it's horribly non-nutritious. All about balance.

Speaking of weight, over the past month and a half, after having cut out soft drink (soda), fast food (excess fatty foods) caffeine, excess sugar and only eating as much as I need to (not everything that's there) I've gone from 80 kg -> 71 kg. Once I hit 70, I'm going to start getting fit again. I tell you what - you just feel so much better for it.

Dude. He is a twig. Like, if I accidentally bumped into him, he would probably fall over and break a few limbs. He can use all the fat he can get.

No, that's not true. It's a misconception that fast food will make you gain weight very fast, sure it does, but it does A LOT of things besides that which do not weigh up (no pun intended lol) against that at ALL. The healthiest way to gain weight if you need it is to eat healthy rich foods (carbs, proteins, natural fat/unsaturated etc), fruit, red meat, and so on. A good solid healthy diet is what you need if you want to gain healthy weight. Not KFC.

Isn't muscle mass denser than fat anyway, therefore giving you more weight?

Alright I agree with what you say. I was thinking about the quickest way not the healthiest.

Indeed, but Vaporeon definitely needs some fat on him. I would prioritize fattening him up than building up muscles personally. At least in the condition he is in.

Thank you Yoshikkko, you understand!

Yeah that's right too, for all the right reasons you should gain weight with healthy food rather than fast food lol. You'll actually have MEAT and muscles instead of just..greasy blubber.

Again, my thoughts exactly! That's why being told to eat junk food makes me so angry.

But that means you should be doing muscle-building exercises, which are decidedly harder than eating a bunch of junk food.

I'm fine with trying out muscle building exercises, I would just need help to do it properly.

Yeah the big problem with them is that you have to be careful because you can hurt yourself and not be efficient and stall in muscle building if you do it wrong, but getting a personal trainer is embarrassing and expensive. ;x

No problem, I'll fly over there and become his personal trainer. He does waver dangerously on the brink of hopelessness but I think I can at least get him into decent condition, despite not being a body builder.

How tall are you, Archer?

I haven't had any soda in weeks. I've been living off water, juice, gatorade, and mostly tea.

I wanna do swimming this year, but I have to drive 20 miles to Holtville because their community center has a swimming pool.

I think I am okay with Zumba right now tyvm. I lose 550+ calories every day. xD

I have many RL friends that are working on building muscle at the moment and are getting results, I think asking them is a start.

Sounds like a plan vap!
