I wish for a pair of Taeyang dolls, 1 Steven Stone doll and 1 Wallace in a beautiful box set. They will be the most innocent dolls in the world and always protected.

Granted, but they're also protected from you, as well! ;) The dolls will be sealed away in an unopenable capsule, and you can only stare at pictures of them from before they were sealed. Have fun! :D

I wish Leafeon was in Generation 1.

I wish some of the Pokemon did not get Mega Evolution.

Granted, but what was supposed to be their mega evolution became a normal evolution for them.

I wish there were more primal forms for legendaries.

Granted, but they are as boring as Kyogre's and Groudon's Primal Form and each team is now composed only from these Pok?mon.

I wish to have Pok?mon based on pencils.

Granted, but there's also Pok?mon based on sharpeners that can OHKO them.

I wish Zygarde had a Post-game quest in Pok?mon X & Y.

Granted! You'll have to travel to the Alola region to hunt down 100 cells/cores, and you can't do anything else while you're in Alola. ;)

I wish NPC trainers never used items in battle.

Granted, but you must complete the Looker sidequest with a Level 100 Xerneas and Yveltal in the party to unlock it. And Zygarde is level 1. And knows Memento for some reason. And can't be encountered again if it faints.

I wish there were Alolan Pikachu, Exeggcute, and Cubone to evolve into Alolan Raichu, Exeggutor, and Marowak.

Edit: While I'm at it, I'll grant Epilogue's wish as well. Trainers don't use items, but their Pokemon all have perfect IVs and EVs, are way higher leveled than your current party, and have competitively valid movesets.

Granted, but you can only evolve them with an "alolan" stone, that you can only obtain by having every other item in the ga me, and you only get one.

Granted. Meet Eon, the Normal-type, who has the same exact stats as Flareon and doesn't evolve from Eevee until level 40.

I wish Pok?mon: Let's Go, Clefairy! existed.
