To me, it is not in my opinion. Dragonair and Gardevoir are beautiful, though.

I'm not sure about pokemon themselves, but the most beautiful thing in the pokemon world PERIOD is Korrina.

I'll have to think of an answer for pokemon themselves, i know this thread is not including trainers xD
