If you have to rely on the flinch to actually kill your opponent otherwise your Pokémon faints, it's not a counter.

It can tank some of Victini's hits then faint it with an Earthquake.

Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Slack Off
- Whirlwind

Tanks hits exceptionally well and can heal any damage taken. EQ is a 2HKO

- Fly
- Outrage
- Earthquake

Can switch in and survive any attack and then OHKO with Z move fly.

Ability: Thick Fat

- Ice Shard
- Stealth Rock

Takes any hit, OHKOs with Ice Shard.

It can take any of Mamoswine's moves then threaten it with Hammer Arm.

Gliscor can only ko kyurem at +6 by eq and that too if kyub gets hit when it switches in.

Wouldn't Freeze Shock be the better move to work the Z move off of because it works off of Black Kyurem's better Attack? You can still use Ice Beam as a safe Ice STAB alongside that.

Timid Nature
- Power Gem
- Sludge Wave
- Hidden Power Fire
- Thunder

Can switch into Volcarona, even HP Ground due to it's excellent special bulk and then outspeed and OHKO with Power Gem.
