Lucario (Mega-Lucario)@Lucarionite
Nature: Adamant.
Ability: Inner Focus.
EVs: 252 HP, 252 attack, 4 speed.
Moves:

Earthquake.
ExtremeSpeed.
Power-up Punch.
Blaze Kick.

The story is simple. Lucario mega evolves and goes for Power Up Punch. It leaves Bastidoon with one HP and Bastidoon uses Stone Edge which does around 30%. Lucario then cleans up with any of his moves.
 
Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 252 Def / 252 HP / 4 Spd
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- Protect
- Roost
- Toxic

It doesn't have to worry about any of Lucario's attacks, as it has enough bulk to endure them. With a couple of Earthquakes, Gliscor should be able to take it down without any sort of trouble. If its health is ever low, it could recover itself instantly with Roost.

Mega Garchomp can't outspeed Choice Scarfed Chandelure. It takes over 80% damage from HP Ice on the turn it switches in and gets KO'd on the following turn. So that's a check, not a counter.

Has to be careful (heheheh) to avoid the burn from scald, but since burn no longer drops your attack if you use Facade, Kec doesn't care too much either way.
Status Facade is a 2hko, Dig is a 2hko (though it is most likely wiser to alternate between sucker punch and recover to be fair)

Lanturn vs Kec:
Scald 19.7 - 23.4%
Thunder 27.1 - 32.4%
Ice Beam 15.1 - 17.9%

will the REAL "showing off long body-parts to gain attention" pokemon please stand up

Air Balloon is there for Dig and such. All of Kecleon's other attacks only 4HKO at best, while Tyrantrum's Stone Edge is an easy 2HKO. Earthquake will have a chance to OHKO if Kecleon is Digging.
