Actually, this set merely checks Zygarde. It can't come in on an Outrage and even if it does, Articuno will get KO'd before it has a chance to use Ice Beam, because Zygarde will outspeed. Another case is getting lucky with the damage rolls with Thousand Arrows and then securing a KO with Outrage, but that's unreliable and thus it's safer to just click Outrage. Anyway, time to counter this set:
