This one sounds very powerful; if any Pokémon knew it, I could imagine them to get through battles pretty easily, unless they go up against something that is immune to ground-type hits. Would this move would be exclusive to some legendary of sorts?

Frost Armor
Type: Ice
Base Power: -
Accuracy: -
PP: 5
Description: Your Pokemon creates a sparkling field around itself, which will freeze opponent Pokemon, only if their attack made a direct contact with your Pokemon. Fire type Pokemon are unaffected by it. Basically freezes all Pokemon that did Physical (Attack stat. based) damaging move against your Pokemon. The effects of move last as long as Pokemon is in a battle. Baton Pass won't take the effect of move to next Pokemon.

This move can be learned only by Legendary Ice type Pokemon, Glaceon and Froslass at very late levels. This move is not in TM form and cannot be learn through Breeding.

High Velocity

Type: Flying

Accuracy: 80
PP: 5 (max 8)
Category: Physical Attack / Priority +2 if Power>80. Priority +1 if Power<80

I can see Groudon having this move...
Especially Primal Groudon.
& now to create a move of an existing type:

Magic Sword
Type: Fairy
Catergory: Physicial
BP: 70 Acc: 100 PP: 10
Effect:
Does 3X damage instead of 2X to Dragon-types.

Name: Spectrum Blast
Category: Special
Power: 80
Accuracy: 100
PP: 10
Type: ??
Description: The user gathers a mysterious power and releases it in the form of a powerful beam. The typing of this move is randomized.

Effects: 30% Chance of confusing the target.

Probably not useful in meta play but sort of like metronome, except instead of a random attack you get a random type.

Enchantment

Type: Fairy
Power: --
Accuracy: 100
Category: Status
Does not make contact
Blocked by Protect etc;
Priority: +0
Range: 1 target adjacent to user
PP: 20

Description: The user employs a mystic technique to enchant the targets item with the effect of its own.

Effect: Similar to entrainment but with hold items instead of abilities, the targets held item's effect is changed to the effect of the users held item.

Name: Wind Tunnel
Category: Status
PP: 10
Type: Flying
Description: The user generates a powerful gust to blow up from below all poke'mon on the field, making every poke'mon currently in play lighter. Does not work on a poke'mon holding an iron ball.

Opposite of gravity, makes everything on the field lighter.

Y'know what, I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna do what game freak refuses, and make a special ghost type attack, with more than 80 base power.

Ectoblast

Type: Ghost
Power:95
Accuracy: 100
Category: Special
Makes Contact
Blocked by Protect etc;
Priority: +0
Range: 1 target adjacent to user
PP: 15

Description: The user fiercely attacks the target with a shot made of its own spectral matter. This damages the user consistently.

Effect: This attack does damage, and will always cause the user to lose 1/8th its maximum HP as recoil damage.

Name: Devious Strike
Type: Dark
Power: 75
Accuracy: 85
PP: 15
Effect: This Pokemon steals all of it's opponents stat increases and stat decreases, as well as obtaining the opponent's current status condition (if any). If it is used again, the new stolen effects will replace the old ones. If the opponent's Pokemon has no stat changes or status effects, this move will fail and deal no damage.

Description: (This is what is seen in-game when viewing the move) The foe lunges forward at the foe, striking quick and fast and inheriting it's foes stat changes and status conditions.

Next move! This one's a Psychic type move.

Name: Twisted Room
Type: Psychic
Power: --
Accuracy: --
PP: 10
Effect: Creates a room where all type advantages + disadvantages are removed and all moves deal normal damage. Critical hits have a better chance of being landed in this room. Lasts for 5 turns. Fails if any other room is in effect or if this move is already in effect. It's chances of failing are raised if it is used in succession.

Description: The foe creates a twisted dimension where types are altered and critical hits are more likely.

This move is similar to the likes of Psycho Shock, in which is a special-based attack, but deals damage to opponents physical Defense. It's called "Solar Sword," and just like Solar Beam, it takes one turn to draw power from sunlight. Its BP is around 120, and its effect is causing opponent to be paralyzed. Solar Sword could be learned by various psychic-type Pokémon, as well as some grass and possibly fighting.

Name: Chi Fist
Type: Fighting
Power: 80 (sort of)
Accuracy: 95
PP: 15
Effect: deals damage based upon both atk and sp atk of the user and def and sp def of the target, having base power of 40 physical and 40 special

Inspired by hawlucha, made pretty much for pokemon like lucario and meinshao, It really shines with mixed sweepers

Power burst
80 power
90 accuracy

Randomly chooses between physical and special

K-Turn

Creates a status condition where the pokemon for 2-5 turns after using K-Turn has its evasion and speed increased by one stage. Message "Ninjask is making K-Turns!" will be displayed in this time. You can use other moves during this period, the effect cannot be baton passed.

Day of the Dragon

Day of the Dragon sounds a lot like a seventh pokeball on your belt

Wouldn't that be a little too powerful, though, considering that it has ninety-percent chance of paralyzing your opponent and causing some major amount of damage at once? I believe its accuracy could be reduce to about sixty, so that it would equal to the likes of Sheer Cold, haha.

It's meant to paralyze you after you use the attack. Think an alternative recoil along the lines of Thrash or Outrage.
