The bar graph at right shows
the free energy changes for each
step in a biochemical pathway
(one that we have not studied)
called glycolysis. In this pathway,
sugar (glucose) is broken down
to produce pyruvate, some NADH,
and a small amount of ATP.
Assuming that this graph shows
the actual free energy changes in
the cell, which steps are most
likely to be regulated?

wring out - extract (liquid)

some person on the irc asked "why does wring out suck", and I promptly googled and found out that the meaning of wring out and suck are rather similar.
