@ alternative: America was going to switch in the 1970s, but it proved too problematic, I guess.
Seems more problematic, or at least in the long run to stay the same. I know America doesn't like to conform with things, but this should have been done a long time ago.

Australia don't.
Britain don't as far as I know (I watch Top Gear).
Uhh... Well... We have Hungry Jacks opposed to your Burger King.

France does. Germany does. China does. Russia does. Italy does. Canada does. Brazil does. Most lhd countries are former colonies of Britain. Much of the developed world drives one the right. The US actually used to drive on the left itself.

Why don't you read the posts to find out?

And, that's cool, I didn't know America used to drive on the other side. o3o;
I always feel like I should be driving on the left side when I drive. I never do, of course, but I always feel weird driving on the right. ):

Rain rain go away,
Come again another day...
Maybe somewhere in summer, where you actually have use...
(For the record, it's raining)

Hi what're we talking about?

This is spam. If you can't figure out what the topic is, read back a page. If the topic is winding down or already dead, feel free to change it to something new, but only if the old topic is clearly dead.

hmm.

Right now the topic is based around the US's peculiar (or not) driving and measurement practices.

Daily Chat gets posts faster than TCTI, and most of them are long and since this is a long-winded discussion by the looks of it I won't bother.

But it seems we're talking about driving eh?

And driving on the right feels so natural to me.

It is not impossible to look up two or three posts before you post. And, if you fear it changes, preview your post and then you can see if anyone else has posted...
It isn't even that hard. You won't miss anything, I swear.

I haven't driven since...Monday, I guess. o3o; I went to hang out with a friend. And..then I had to put gas in my truck. @_@ Gas is so expensive.

Spent the day at gf's, watched Inception and messed around (nothing shifty though :P). it was nice.

Alto, A DOLLAR? When on earth was petrol $1?
